There is a moment every guest mentions: stepping into the great room as the lake appears through a tunnel of oaks, sparkling from the mountains all the way to the tip of the arrowhead. Mornings here begin with sunrise over the water; evenings end with the mountains glowing red and, if you time it right, a moonrise. The view will captivate you. The house takes care of everything else.
THE LAYOUT Three levels and 2,722 square feet, two levels opening to its own view deck:
- Main level: the great room (kitchen, dining and living with floor-to-ceiling lake views), the primary king suite, and the main deck. Step-free path from parking to the door.
- Upstairs: two guest bedrooms and a kids' play nook with a water view.
- Lower level: fully self-contained, with a king bedroom, a queen + bunk bedroom, the studio, the movie room, a kitchenette, and two decks (one holds the hot tub). Perfect setup for a second family.
- Garage game room: pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, darts and corn hole, with a 70" TV and a lake view while you play.

KITCHEN + DINING Top-of-the-line appliances plus the fun extras: air fryer, rice cooker, crockpot, cappuccino maker, waffle maker, panini press and blender, with China and serving dishes for the whole group. Three large refrigerators and multiple coffee makers around the house. Family meals happen at the dining table, the breakfast bar, or outside with the lake as the backdrop.

- Two A/C zones and four heaters keep every level comfortable; the backup generator kicks in automatically and serves the whole house
- Step-free entry and only main-floor primary suite: easy for grandparents and anyone avoiding stairs

GUEST ACCESS
The whole home is yours: all decks, the garage game room, and the self-contained lower studio.
LAKE ACCESS, INCLUDED Our owner's access card lets you swim, fish and hike the lakeshore trail. The trail is a 0.4-mile walk from the door, with small beaches at trailheads 48 and 49 about 1.2 miles out. The water runs close to 70 degrees from late spring through early fall. Message us before your stay so we can add your group to the owner's guest list.
GETTING AROUND
- 0.4 mile on foot: Lakeshore Trail 40B
- 5-minute drive: Blue Jay shops, groceries and dining
- 10-minute drive: Lake Arrowhead Village, with restaurants, shopping, the Arrowhead Queen boat tour, and summer concerts
- 15- minute drive to Lake Gregory for fishing seasonal swimming and duffy boat rentals
- Nearby: SkyPark at Santa's Village year-round; Snow Valley and Big Bear resorts, snow tubing and sledding in winter
Other Things to Note
- Paddle-boards must be used at Lake Gregory with a guest paid launch fee on site.
- Lake Arrowhead Lake rules: no access to private docks, Tavern Bay, or Burnt Mill Beach areas. No human powered vessels.
- No pets.
- Primary renter must be 25 or older.
- Streaming services work with your own account credentials.
- Mid-stay cleaning is available on request.
- Winter stays: bring chains when conditions call for them; two sleds are provided for the fun part.
