The Space
Step into a light-filled living area with vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and smart TVs — the kind of room that makes you want to slow down. The kitchen comes fully stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to a proper home-cooked dinner.
The master suite opens onto a private deck with a hammock — hard to beat for stargazing or a slow cup of coffee. The guest bedroom adds flexibility with a foam-topped futon for extra sleeping space, and every bedroom has patio access, so the views are never far away.
Outside
Two decks give you plenty of room to spread out, soak in the scenery, or just unwind after a day of exploring. Add fast WiFi and a quiet, residential setting, and you've got a home base that's equal parts comfort and calm.

Please note: this home is cooled by an evaporative (swamp) cooling system rather than central AC.

House Rules

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet-approved. Select homes are pet-approved.
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
