OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES Sliding glass doors at the back of the living area open up to reveal the fabulous resort-style pool yard. At the center of the yard you'll find a large pool with a spa, surrounded by chaise lounges, a fire pit lounge and a covered outdoor living pavilion with a lounge area and alfresco dining for 6 guests. There is also gas BBQ grill.
Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spat can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
INDOOR LIVING SPACES Gorgeous in its simplicity, as Mr. Alexander and his architects intended, you’ll find clean lines, high ceilings, an open concept floor plan and spectacular walls of glass that let the light pour in - revealing the very private pool yard. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to gather, relax and enjoy. ** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at a Casago vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **
SLEEPING QUARTERS All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, flat screen televisions, and ample storage. The Primary Bedroom has a King bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to the pool yard. There are two additional guest rooms that share easy access to the full guest bathroom in the hallway. One has a King bed, and the other has two Twin beds (that can be converted to a King upon request).
THE LOCATION Sunrise Park is centrally located in the City of Palm Springs. It's close to the airport (but not in the flight pattern) and less than a mile and a half from bustling Downtown. You'll also be close to the Farmers' Market, the Camelot Theater (the home of many of our film festivals and where all the art house and independent movies are shown.) Restaurants, fast food places, coffee spots, grocery stores and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by.
