It was right in the middle of downtown Palm Springs and had great ambiance, beautiful decor, and a vast menu that anyone will be able to find something they will like. We had corn chowder and crab cakes and baby back ribs and it was all delicious with large, tasty portions. Think it is a fairly new restaurant and we will go back there for sure."

"We really enjoyed Manhattan in the Desert while we were there. We ate there several times for different meals and everything was excellent. The food was reasonably priced and the service was good. We enjoyed being able to take food back to the house from the deli. Almost all the restaurants in the area that we tried were very good. "

"We loved The Falls! It was the perfect "Palm Springs" experience with an updated menu and decor. The "Bond Vesper" martini was the best I'd ever had. We ate in the bar for happy hour and made a meal of several fabulous appetizers before heading out to the theater. The barkeep was helpful in steering us towards the best food choices and the timing was perfect to make our show. I will definitely come back here on my next visit!"

As it happened, we made a reservation one evening at a different restaurant, not realizing that it was in the area closed to traffic on that day. Thus we arrived at Copley's without a reservation on a very busy night. The host could not have been more gracious and helpful, finding us a lovely table inside. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. We ate at Le Vallauris, Spencer's, Zin and Johannes, and all were enjoyable, but Copley's will be the place we tell our friends not to miss."
