Property Manager Position (Full time) & Customer Communications Coordinator Position (Part time)

Position focus:
- ensuring guest satisfaction by promptly addressing guest questions or needs, including in-person house visits for customer care
- preparation of homes prior to guest arrival and inspecting homes upon departure
- tracking and resolving maintenance issues, coordinating repairs with vendors
- interacting with housekeeping team to maintain high standards
Necessary skills and qualities:

Reservations - Customer Communications
An excellent opportunity now available for an energetic and goal-oriented customer communications coordinator to join our team to assist guests with reservations and inquiries by phone, email, web and fax.
Outgoing, confident, excellent enthusiasm, customer care, and exceptional people skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly and accurately answer in bound emails and phone calls
- Greet guest walk ins in office and assist with reservations
- Excellent phone and exceptional keyboard skills
- Fast, flexible,. Focused performance skills required
- Excellent written and verbal skills, great English and grammar are essential

Answer in bound emails participate in and oversee quality control, customer phone and email communication, scheduling and problem-solving and customer solutions.
In addition, this position will assist in coordinating and scheduling maintenance with outside vendors, track scheduling as well as customer satisfaction responsibilities for a highly successful and fast-growing luxury vacation home rental firm located in Palm Springs.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high energy, great team-work, relevant experience is preferred, terrific references, computer skills (MS word and excel) and a willingness to work hard (work some weekends and some holidays).
A part time or full time position is available or a part time position that could become a full time position. Full time position offers terrific benefits, salary, bonuses and related compensation — including 401k plan, health insurance and paid vacation.

Our office is open 365 days a year, and team members rotate the responsibility of being on call 24/7.
