The 4th & 5th bedrooms are located in a poolside guest cabana with private bath, adjacent to the pool. One bedroom has a Queen bed and sleeper sofa, the second cabana bedroom has two twin beds (and must be accessed via the first cabana bedroom). The two cabana bedrooms are connected and share direct (yet private) access to the bathroom.

Combined with a sleeper sofa, the home sleeps 2-12, with five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

"Some of the light switches are not operable. Light bulbs were out and have been changed now working fine. - Pete DVD player is now working fine. DVR system is operating - Pete. Pool House house lock did not work. The lock is now functioning correctly. - Pete We liked the comfortable, open spaces and the fact that the property had 2 separate "houses." Fun decor and great pool! We had a great experience with the reservations team, especially Portia. The property managers were great. We Never Left the Property!!!

"5 Stars. We never left the property!!! Our family loves to cook and what a pleasure it was to find a very well-equipped kitchen-lots of utensils, plates, glasses etc. no shortage of towels for all the swimmers and my "most important aspect" besides the pool etc was the large dining room table which enabled us to all eat together. Great!! It was easy (and necessary) to move the Fiesta pottery in the living room up from the bottom 2 shelves further on up as we had a toddler in our midst - we enjoyed every aspect of the vacation. "

Privacy for Teenagers!

"The location for an extended family was excellent as you could walk for groceries. It had an excellent pool for older people with mobility problems. Excellent privacy for three families. The living dessert is the most educational fieldtrip you could ever go on! Palm Springs is a safe environment for families!!!The whole experience was wonderful and we would love to do it again. Palm Springs has the NICEST people ever and we felt safe and welcomed! "
