"The owner of this property would do himself a big favor if he put a little more effort into making his home presentable for guests. When contacted regarding our dissatisfaction, he offered no refund or compensation of any kind. Total rip off. Roaches, dirty pool, broken air conditioner, dirty kitchen and fridge. Really disgusting. Yes! Vacation Palm Springs is a great company! I would rent from them again, as well. But NEVER this property, ever again! Nate from Vacation Palm Springs was really great. Did everything he could to better our experience. He was prompt and thorough. "

Great Vacation - Small Problems

"The house was a great layout for our group (2 families with small kids). We had a lot of space, and the yard was very private, which was great for the long days of swimming. I would recommend your company to a friend, and would rent from you again myself. The small problems we did have, we could always get a hold of someone, and someone was always friendly, understanding and helpful. When we did have to talk with your staff (Vince, Nate) they were very friendly and helpful. "

"The home was absolutely perfect. Wide open layout, big back yard, beautiful decor, and an outstanding neighborhood that was tucked away but withing walking distance of downtown. The rental company's team was great. I was a little nervous before our arrival because i hadn't gotten any notification but everything worked out perfectly.
