Excellent Getaway

"The house was really spacious and well maintained, perfect for a family vacation. We loved the recreation area with a pool table, large TV (XBox and Kinect). All of us, kids and adults had a blast. The Jacuzzi and the heated pool were awesome. Overall, it was a very pleasant getaway and one of the best vacation homes we rented so far. The service was remarkable, I had some difficulties in the beginning but we contacted the office and Corey helped right away. "

Incredible Vacation!

"The house was fantastic in the pictures and online and even surpassed our expectations in reality. Everything was in great working order and could not have been better. We loved the pool, the spacious layout and the versatility the home provided. We had a great time laying by the pool during the day, having great big dinners at home in the evenings and playing pool, Wii and watching movies by the fire in the spacious game room on the nights we didn't go out and enjoy downtown Palm Springs. We would suggest adding a large table outside for outdoor dining. The pool area is so nice and the Palm springs evenings are so pleasant we would have really enjoyed a dinner outside by the pool. Additional chaise lounges for outdoors would be nice as well. Justin and Portia were responsive and helpful during the reservation process and particularly when we found some of our options already rented with providing alternates (we loved this house better than our first choice!) and we had a minor issue with one of the toilets which was addressed within the hour upon a quick call to the main line. Absolutely recommend, great experience and really made the vacation. "

Great from Afar...

"the rec room was great with a pool table, wii and big screen tv. the hot tub was comfortable once the temperature was stabilized so something less than boiling. the gas fireplaces were dramatic and took the edge off the desert night chill. lots of space. we thought the beds were uncomfortable, no broom or dust pan, the water heaters were all set on vacation mode (no hot water), the lights in the dining room and den didn't turn on. there were not enough outside lounge chairs, the hot tub temperature seemed way too hot. "
