Nice Home with All Amenities in a Quiet Location

"We had a discount (15%) because we made reservations on the day itself. This made the price more in line with the expectations and our budget. The house is in a quiet relaxing location and it has all amenities. It is a bit dated and the price seemed a little too high. Despite one hiccup, the reservation team provided great service. The property manager reacted fast to one of our requests. "

Dissapointing

"The house NEEDS an MAJOR overhaul! I do not think it should be rented until the homeowner takes care of this!!! As far as PET FRIENDLY it is NOT! The gate to side yard is broken and fence around yard has been patched to many times and there are MANY holes for pets to excape through!! Overall A BIG MESS!!! As a management team....You NEED to make this home owner comply to updating this house and property BEFORE you rent it out again!!! The location was great and enjoyed the pool when the heat we paid extra for was working! Had to call a couple of times to get pool cleaned and heater looked at...once we talked with someone we had a quick responce. "

Cool Deal - when It's Hot Outside

"This was our first year in a house, usually it's a hotel. We brought our little dog. Pet friendly was a plus. For the money the house was right on track. It was nice to just settle in. It was nice to just settle in. Good location, nice pool, great afternoon shade and plenty of room in the house. Needs just a quick face lift in the front yard. It's an older home, shows it age in a few places. "

A Really Great Place

"We could not keep the kids out of the pool, they would have slept in it if we let them. Great memories for us and our grandchildren. The pool was beautiful and offered some shade at any given time of the day which was very nice over such a hot weekend. The whole family had a great time. Some of the landscaping could have been trimmed and pulled out. It was a little overgrown but not enough to keep us from coming back. "

Tranquil, Indeed

""3 Stars" Tranquil, indeed! We had relaxing days in the nicely landscaped garden visited by many birds and enjoying their songs. The area that the house is in is nice and quiet, residential with many interesting houses to observe on a random stroll. The street side of the house is exposed to beautiful views of mountains. "
