Perfect for Us

"The property was large enough to accommodate 10 of us. It was laid out very well, every room opened up to the pool, the kitchen and common areas were also very open, the wi-fi code was easy to find, instructions on pool and spa were very clear and located AT the switches which makes so much sense. Even shelves for wine glasses versus champagne glasses were labeled. Pretty smart for a rental house to do this! The description on the web site was a little unclear about how many it slept. I think somewhere it said 10 plus sofa bed. But I found that the sofa bed was included in the 10. "

Spacious, Clean, Relaxing

"The property was so nice and better than I expected. It was large enough for all ten girls to sleep, get ready to go out in, and cook in without stepping on toes. The backyard was incredible and so serene. I look forward o possibly staying at this home again or others like this. There weren't enough lounge chairs, I was told the pullout bed is very uncomfortable and slopes down, plus their were a few kitchen things that were missing. Overall though it was a fabulous vacation home. The team at Vacation Palm Springs was great. They got everything squared away very quickly without any frustrating waiting time. "

Great Long Weekend Stay!

"The house was great, everything was well appointed and there were plenty of towels for everyone. We spent most of our time in the pool, which is a great size, and cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. Bedrooms were great and everyone had their own bathrooms. Also the pool had plenty of really great, comfortable lounge chairs and pool floaties to relax on. The kitchen was also great, although my only complaint was that it was an electric stove (any cook will understand my gripe with this) but they also had 2 ovens, which was pretty awesome, although cook times were longer than normal. Overall I would highly recommend, especially for the reasonable price! Cesar was really helpful in placing the reservation, thank you! "

GREAT, Very Relaxing

"We loved this rental. It was well stocked with everything we expected. The only complant would be the bungalow, it was advertised as the 5th bedroom, but the pull-out couch was so uncomfortable that it was unsleepable. My daughter and her husband had to sleep on the couchs in the living room. I was not happy paying for an extra bedroom we could not sleep in. Other than that, the house was perfect. A recommendation: Put a real bed in the bungalow. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. I spoke with both Nate and Cesar and they were over the top professsional. They were very helpful. I will diffently be back to stay again. "

Awesome Place for Group Get Together!

"Renting this property thru vacation palm springs was very easy and smooth. The house was as pictured. There was 5 couples at this place and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The house was fully stocked and had tons of linens and towels. The location was a 15min walk to downtown palm springs which was very conveinent. Loved this house and would rent again. "

"It easily accommodated us and my sister's family. It was in a good location - very central to the things we wanted to do. It would have been nice to have little things - like coffee filters provided for the coffee pot. Reservation process was good. We had to get the property manager out on the first night and he came promply and fixed our issues. "

Great Entertaining/vacation Home

"The house is beautiful and well appointed with everything you will need. We experienced problems with heating the pool and spa throughout our stay. Some mornings the pool would be heated after warming for the required 8 hours and other mornings it was not hot at all. Same with the spa.(Thank you for bringing this to our attention, the pool heater was repaired) We had some issues with the garbage disposal and gate in the front not closing. However, when we called on these items as well as the heater on the pool/spa a repairman came right away and replaced the garabage disposal quickly and fixed the gate. Unfortunately, heating the pool/spa is not a quick fix as it takes a long time to warm if it wasn't working properly. The reservation team was also very friendly and helpful. .(Thank you for bringing this to our attention, the pool heater was repaired) "

Wonderful Estate in a Great Location

"The estate was beyond our expectations. It was a lovely home as pictured and a perfect getaway for a group of 10. It was in a great location and offered us a beautiful venue to relax for the weekend complete with pool, hot tub and large living room/kitchen space. The lighting in the property itself was quite dim. It would be nice if there was a bit brighter lighting in the family room area where most of the guests spent their time. Other than that, the experience was fine. ( Thank you for bringing this to our attention; I have passed on your comments to the owners) Sergio was very efficient, helpful and timely. I appreciated all of his help answering my questions and processing my reservation. The property managers were wonderful as well. The house was clean and the directions were clear. Yes, Absolutely recommend this company! In fact, I hope to use this service again. I've used other rental sites (like VRBO) and haven't been successful getting replies or booking a place. Sergio was a dream and so great to work with. He made all the difference. "

Amazing !!

"Our experience was great - everything was so organized to the labels on the shelves in the kitchen to the detailed binders with all the information. The property itself is beautiful and very comfortable, just like home. Loved all the old Pics of the Tony Curtis Days. Only two things come to mind ; hook up the outdoor fireplace, cause that would be the best place to roast the smores :) AND have a big screen TV above the fireplace in the great room area, would have been a great area to watch late night movies as a big group. Everyone was AMAZING - you are all so quick to respond and that was very much appreciated, it is all about customer service that makes people come back and you all have it. I personally will refer family and friends to you. "

Camp Curtis - Really First Class

"I liked that the house was completely stocked with utensils, pots, pans and towels. I truly enjoyed the master bedroom and shower in the master bath. The pool heater was very easy to work and the pool was perfect temperature for my weekend stay. I also really liked how the house was gated and all of our cars fit in the driveway inside the gate. The property was really first class. Portia was very helpful for my reservation. She was always easily accessible by email and answered any questions or concerns I had prior to arrival. "
