Great Architecture and Neighborhood

"Safe and clean neighborhood with plenty of yard space for our dog. Beautiful architecture and great decor throughout the home. Would have liked to see the door color changed back to orange, double paned windows, better insulation, and heavier blankets. My experience with Vacation Palm Springs was great. "

Palm Springs Rental House

Great Neighborhood Crummy House

"I can't imagine that Sun and Fun meets the minimum standards for a vacation Palm Springs rental. When I arrived a number of bulbs were burnt out, the hall light fixture was broken, the landscape lighting did not work, the glass selection had 1 low glass and 3 wine glasses, the kitchen sink faucet is bent and the handle kept falling off, a Barcelona chair in the living room is bent, the back of one sofa has to be pushed against the wall to hold up the back, and the vinyl upholstery on another sofa is worn off. "

A+ Alexander Experience

"We could not have found a better Alexander example to experience the Mid-Century life-style. There had been upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchen that were architecturally in sync. PLUS it had grass in the yard for the dog. And it was located in Twin Palms which provided a beautiful, well-maintained neighborhood to see dozens of original Alexanders on our two daily walks with the dog. Nice service. We forgot to bring our print out of the confirmation. We called the reservation number and got a duplicate emailed to our iPhone within seconds. Whew! What a relief. "

Clean, Convenient, Wonderful

"Liked the open-space concept - was ideally located - easy to get to the downtown & everywhere but still far enough away to be very quiet and relaxing - loved the pool. Lighting was a little dim - other than that - lots of dishes etc. Overall - wonderful home & pool area. Everyone was very professional - got e-mails back quickly. "

"It was perfect! We loved the quiet neighbourhood and the kids loved the pool - the house was very clean too! We couldn't find the light for the pool (but did on the last night) we found it outside in the heater room by the awning. It would have been nice to swin at night. We asked for an extension (late check out) and it was done very quickly - thank you! "

Great Location!

"This home is close to downtown, shopping, etc. Very spacious living area, however the bathrooms were small. The bed in the master bedroom was too small. The outside area was spacious and great for entertaining and relaxing around the pool. The reservation team was very helpful. Since we did not know the area, they helped us work through finding the right location based on our requirements. The property manager was responsive when we had requests during our stay. "

Great Home in Nice Area of Palm Springs

"We appreciated how the home had a good proximity to downtown, shopping, and access to the highway. Backyard was nicely maintained. Neighborhood was nice and quiet too. Overall the house was pretty clean and well stocked. Property managers and office staff were very helpful through all of our inquiries. We had so many questions prior to choosing the right home. Every time we sent an email we were answered in a very professional and helpful manner. The property managers and office staff were very helpful when we did call with questions and concerns as well. We found the house was a little dark during the evening; more lighting would have made it better. Also, the pipes for the hot and cold on the washing machine are inverted because every wash cycle I had, ended using hot water instead of cold. I think if these could be changed, the experience would be much better overall. "
