"Great home, pool and yard We had to buy a can opener and the place could use a coffee grinder. Other than that the place was well organized. Services were excellent and professional. We had a problem with the gate and it was fixed quickly and efficiently. "

Fantastic Location and Yard

"The house is a beautiful and original midcentury-modern house, with four big bedrooms (a new TV and DVD in each) and lots of glass overlooking a completely private yard with a fantastic pool. We stayed for a week with two families - including four children under 5 years old. We didn't have the warmest weather, but the spa and heated pool was a favorite for the kids, who spend HOURS each day playing there. The yard is beautiful, fully enclosed and very private. There were a few small glitchy and age-related issues with the house, but overall it was very clean and spacious. The keypad for the front gate was not working consistently. We had quite a bit of trouble getting it to open and close reliably. Making the reservation was simple and quick. Staff responded to our emails quite promptly with information before our trip. "

A Doggie and People Paradise

"We spent all of October in this house with few weekend guests and loved it. The grounds are huge and completely secure and private, the pool is fabulous and our 1 year old (well behaved) labrodoole learned to swim--well she didn't really need to learn... irrigation was wonky--I worry about losing plants. The bathtub is weird and floods the whole room--otgherwise all good--and we were there for a whole month. Vacation Palm Springs staff are always great at addressing any issues. Our only one was TV remotes--a common source of confusion even at home. "

Quiet, Lush, Private Get Away

"As always property was incredible and the staff at Vacation Palm Springs were very accommodating. Well landscaped and very private in a cup-de-sac. Gorgeous tear drop shaped pool and great mid-century design throughout. Air conditioning was great and stayed cool. Cozy living room with ample seating. Beds were very comfortable and linens soft. "

Wonderful! Would Definitely Stay Here Again

"We liked the architecture, the proximity to shops and restaurants, the coziness, the well-stocked amenities, and the cleanliness. To improve the home, we would definitely recommend better mattresses!! This is the biggest issue we saw with the house. They should be replaced with mattresses that have better support. Also, we did not have hot water in the master bathroom, and the garage door does not open. The reservations team was amazing! Very helpful with all of our requests. (We requested a fan and it was quickly brought to us - thank you) "

Secluded Retreat

"House was in a gated corner lot with lots of privacy. Guests should be made aware that the hot and cold water are reversed in this property. It takes a few minutes to figure out when you first get into the shower. Also the guest bathroom, as nice as it looks isn't the best at draining water. You really have to be careful about keeping water in the bath/shower or it will stay around the tile on the top of the tub. Didn't know that trash cans in the bathroom where located under the sinks. Air conditioning generally works well, however the 2nd bedroom with king size bed doesn't seem to get the same treatment as the rest of the house. It stays a good 5 degrees warmer. "

Amazing Backyard!

"The backyard was beautiful and totally private. Great yard for kids, get togethers, etc. The inside was nice - very comfy beds however could use some updates. The family room area wasn't great for our group of 8. Everyone couldn't sit together. Suggest an update family room to more comfortable seating, more seating. Everything was wonderful! Upon arrival I couldn't find a crock pot and they actually went out and got me one - I'm pretty sure they bought it new to bring to me! "

Wonderful Yard

"The property is tucked away in a spacious corner lot. Nice layout, beautiful pool the inside could use some refreshing but very comfortable. Great location. Didn't like laundry being in the garage. Maintenance man was very good. Everyone was responsive when I called. "

Nice Property Especially Pool/yard.

"We absolutely loved the yard/pool area. Both were nice and spacious. Perfect for hanging out outside. Having the heated pool was also a huge plus considering we could swim day and night. The house itself was a beauty. The rooms with king sized beds were amazing. The other two were as well, but just on the smaller side. The reservation team is awesome! I am very meticulous (sometimes neurotic) when planning. The team fielded all of my annoying calls wonderfully. They answered all of my ridiculous questions promptly. "

Great House, Could Use a Few Updates.

"The house, the yard, and the pool are really great looking. Loved the stone floors. The fire pit and grill were great and the pool was large and very clean. When we arrived the cleaning people were still there, the toilet was in the processes of being fixed with the back removed, the ice maker was not working, the kitchen sink was clogged, and the disposal was not working. The toilet was fixed after I called but I was in town to be in a wedding and did not have the time to get the other things repaired during my stay. Overall I think they could be more on top of these things. (Thank you for the feedback. These items have been resolved - Tim in Property Management) "

Fabulous Family Retreat

"We arrived at our vacation home and found all the amenities we could have imagined. We arrived at night and the house and grounds were lighted and the pool sparkling. It was easy to settle in and explore or surroundings. The next day was even better as enjoyed the pool and the beautiful landscape. The spaciousness of the property and the large pool were highlights of this retreat. The home was equipped with everything we needed for cooking sleeping and laundry. The property location was convenient to downtown with easy access to surrounding areas. We would love to return. Since our return home we have highly recommended Vacation Palm Springs to our friends. The living room was beautiful but definitely needs additional seating. The one L-shaped sofa was fine for 2 people but the 2 remaining chairs were not comfortable for relaxing and enjoying the TV or pool viewing. Another sofa and/or love seat would be great. There's plenty of room without being cluttered. Also, the A/C was uneven. The bedrooms facing the pool and the living room needed fans going most of the time for comfort. (Thank you for your feedback. We have passed your suggestions along to the homeowner for consideration. - Tim in Property Management). We had limited contact with the reservation team during our stay. We did make one call regarding the TV but later figured out how to solve the problem. When we initiated our reservation, the team was helpful and polite. "

Beautiful Yard and Pool/spa.

"Very nice large yard and pool. The kitchen/dining area and living room were also spacious. Bedrooms were ample in size and each had its own T.V. There were plenty of towels for indoor and outdoor use. Beautiful large yard for the kids to run around. Nice fire pit area and plenty of outdoor chairs.. Lots of room for cars to park. Very helpful reservation team. They answered all of my questions very well. "
