Family Fun Time

"We enjoyed our time. We had enough room and beds for all the family. The pool area was great. We were glad the house was not an A plus because we would have worried more than we did about spills and such. It was windy most of the time it is in the north end but that just kept the heat down . So all was good! The group did a great job with everything. Everyone we spoke with was very professional and helpful. I would recommend this site to friends and family "

"I was disappointed since i brought 3 other families for whom this was a first time experience of renting a house , but we had problems with the beds , shower , curtains for bathroom etc , water in the hot water tub was cold and we had to call to get it fixed . the only thing we liked about the house was the size and layout of the house , and the pool and the ping pong table the beds could have been better , they were very uncomfortable and small and the showers in some bathrooms were terrible , there was no blind in 1 bathroom and no bathroom door in the main bathroom . that needs updating , some of the door locks were loose and almost falling off .we could have used some more fresh towels too. Nate was helpful , no problems with reservation team or property manager who were both responsive to our request . "

Oasis in the Desert.

Good Times!

"This is a fun house. Plenty of room for a dozen or more people to enjoy both privacy and community. The reservation team is why I keep coming back! Always so helpful and knowledgeable. And if someone doesn't know an answer, they swiftly find the person who does! We only had a couple minor house issues, and when we did, the property managers took care of us immediately - even when we needed something after midnight! These people bring their "A game" 24/7. "

Ages 3 to 85 - We Loved It!

"We enjoyed the pool, ping pong table, and size of the dining room table, the master suite, and the basket ball court. We would suggest upgraded TVs, there weren't any flat screens. There was pre-existing damage to one of the outside window screens.(Thank you for your comments, we will share your suggestions with the home owner. All TV's in the home are in good working condition - Scott in Property Management) Reservations was excellent - very responsive and customer-service oriented. Property managers were also excellent - promptly attended to all of our needs. "

A Lovely Weekend.

"We had a wonderful time - fifteen girls relaxing by the pool. The house was really nice and spacious, and we didn't want to leave! We loved the house. The only suggestion I would make is that the kitchen is lacking a few things - a decent knife, a wine opener. Other than that, everything was really great. (Thank you for the feedback. Good Times in Palm Springs

"This trip was a guys trip and this house did us well. When we first showed up the pool needed some work and there were no ping pong paddles. I placed a call to the office and within 45 min there was a pool man working on the pool and a delivery of paddles. That night there were about 6 outdoor lights we couldnt get to turn on and the team showed up again and replaced the bulbs (we thought we couldnt find the correct switch). Over all the place was what it says it is and the price was right. The staff was responsive to our needs. The pool is outdated and needs some "love" and attention. I booked online and never dealt with anybody for reservation. When we had issues they (dont recall names) handled it. good service. "

Scorching Sun but The House Was Still Tons of Fun

"Everyone raved about the quality of the property and the fun we were able to have, I was really amazed at the ammenities that were offered on this house. The weather was 116-118 degrees but with the pool and the air conditioning we were still able to have a great time and have fun. So much more was offered at this property then I was expecting, I will have a hard time staying in a hotel in palm springs now that I have had a chance to stay at this property. Blinds or drapes for the windows by the pool side of the house would probably help keep the house a bit cooler. Sergio helped me in organizing this and the service was amazing, I could not have asked for anything more. "

Girl Scout Troop

"Our Girl Scouts used their cookie money to rent this house. The house had plenty of room for our large group. The girls enjoyed the backyard and the many activities the house had to offer. The house was filled with plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, pots & pans and kitchen gadgets. We found that the sofa bed in the master bedroom in the main house was broken (springs were missing/loose, we sort of fixed it) and the full size bed in the pool house bedroom was rock hard. (Some people might like it.) I can't say enough good things about the staff at VacationPalmSprings.com. Everyone in the office is amazing. Great customer service is a hard thing to come by these days. We couldn't figure out the pool when we arrived. We called the office for help and the pool guy was at the property within minutes! Keep up the great work! "

Royal Sun Villa Review

"The property was spacious and scenic, the appliances and pool heating worked very well. The location was great. There were plenty of amenities provided. Piano keys are stuck and should be repaired. The bbq grill was difficult to start. The mattresses can use an upgrade. The pool bottom needs a good scrub. Foozball table needs support. The reservation team were very polite and helpful. "

"Good layout, beds need updating The bedrooms are well laid out. Kitchen is well stocked. The barbque igniter needs to be replaced. Some of the beds need updating. Comfortable, Private Home in North Palm Springs

"Great yard and pool area, perfect for cooking and BBQing. The house comes with plenty of towels and ammenities. The pool cleaner guy rules. Better directions on how to work the pool/spa would be helpful. It's a little confusing with having to change the direction of the pumps if you don't know what your doing. The minimal service we needed was great. We could always reach someone when we had a question. "

Fun Palm Springs Getaway

Very Good Home for Large Family Gathering

"My family enjoyed the our Christmas Vacation at this home. It is great for larger family or several couples. Knowing that we were some of the first renters of this property we feel that as the owners continue improving the home and property they will have excellent return customers.
