Fabulous Place to Entertain!

"A few of the sinks in a few bedrooms would not drain and we were never able to use the spa the entire weekend. It wouldn't get even warm. We tried everything. I provided eye masks for those who stayed the night because there were no shades on any of the windows and some guests actually slept in a few of the closets to escape the light, but if many are not informed, it may be difficult for many. We enjoyed the spaciousness even with the 16 guests we had spending the night and the privacy of where the home was located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Donna (of the Vacation Palm Springs property management team) was very attentive and a superstar. Thank you for everything. We will most definately be back! "

Paradise in the Desert

"You know there is really nothing I can say or suggest because our overall experience was just wonderful, my only disappointment was not being able to see the front of the house lit up at night and the fountains I am sure it would have been a beautiful sight, maybe you should allow it at least for 1 night. The rooms were magnificent, the lay out awesome, so much room for everyone, I cant even find words to describe the pool area, where we spend so much time, just great. You have a wonderful staff at Vacation Palm Springs, they were all very helpful and attentive and brian whom i bugged a few times was very hands on. "

Amazing

"The family room with the large tv just never cooled off. the freezer (ice maker) in the bar area did not work. for the family room it looks as though there should be a sound system but it did not work which would have made watching movies better than listening to the tv internal speakers, it would be nice that in the master bedroom a tint on the window so people in the pool or jacuzzi could not see in, in the master bedroom get the remote working for dvd player and tv. fix lights in the motorcourt, not all the firepits in back yard worked, need to keep extra lighters in house. Amazing property, secluded, comfortable furniture. "

Ton of Open Space

"The house has NO shades in any bedrooms and the air conditioning halts at 78 degrees and was very uncomfotable for some couples. The only way we'll stay at this house again is if they put in shades and allow for a lower air conditioning level. The house was very clean, had a ton of open space and wonderful upgrades. Portia was awesome - - Thanks! "

Surprisingly Amazing

"Need to Fix the breaker and AV in the master and AV in family room. [Note - the breaker has since been repaired.] The pictures do it no justise. Great Stay but a little bummed that the AV in the master and Family room didn’t work. I am sure it is fixed now. The staff was on top of it and tried everything they could to fix it ASAP. 5 star service from the Vacation Palm Springs team! "

Incredible, Open, Glamorous

"Very open and spacious modern feel with a great transition from indoor to outdoor entertaining. Fire and water abound from front to back. While at the home we were not provided security numbers for the gate after hours and ended up having to call emergency security numbers and argued with the on duty supervisor until they let us in. VPS said they couldn't do anything about it the next day when we reported the problem. Essentially we had to back at home every night by 10:30 or we couldn't get in so cut a many nights short...Internet connection didn't work. "

Awesome

"This home has everything one needs for a large group. There are not many homes available in the area that can comfortably accomodate 15 people. Donna was great at the front end and Mark was very helpful trying to resolve internet issues as her backup. Somewhat difficult to learn how to navigate all the electronics, audio/video and pool/spa buttons in a short stay. Had some problems with the modem for the internet, perhaps something more robust is needed for a home that size. Modem needed multiple reboots which I could do, but the modem was locked in a closet, inaccessible. "

Perfect Party Home

"The home is amazing. Perfect for parties of 20 to 25 people. Both the front and back walls are made of retractable glass, making for a very open, airy feeling. The backyard is truly set up for entertaining. With plenty of seats and multiple fire pits, it has the feel of your own private modern hotel. With both indoor and outdoor bars, there are plenty of places for guest to fix drinks. Reservation team was very professional and answered all my questions promptly. Property manager was top notch. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Additionally, when there was an issue with the wireless internet, he sent someone immediately and everything was fixed promptly. "
