New! Known as the Martini House, this 4 bedroom Palm Springs home for rent is a wonderful mix of mid-century modern of yesteryear and a showplace of classic architecture updated with today's finest amenities for sophisticated living.

Every inch of this home has been updated with quality and design in mind. Though this home was initially built in the mid-20th century, it was completely updated and upgraded in 2006.

Each bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining and living areas features upscale fixtures, clean-lined design, with a mix of open spaces and private places.

This outstanding Palm Springs home features two very large scale master suites each with pool views and pool access. Even better, each bedroom is well positioned for maximum guest privacy.

The living room features a large-scale gas fireplace for warmth on a cool desert evening - and views of the pool, fire-pit and the unique dining rotunda area that looks onto the pool and outdoor fire-ring/fireplace.

The home's setting offers wonderful mountain views and direct access to the large pool and spa and fire-pit. On the north end of the pool, a shallow "tanning shelf" provides for water sunbathing. "TV should be placed above the fireplace, suggest adding Acrylic Wine and Champagne glasses so you can enjoy drinks out by the pool. Clean and comfortable.... Private and Relaxing.... = Great Times!! Everything went very smoothly and the Vacation Palm Springs staff was always helpful before our trip and during when we had questions. "

Martini House Pride Weekend

"The home was clean, spacious, and as advertised (excpet there really are 3 1/2 bathrooms, not 4). Kitchen was well stocked. Pool and spa were lovely. There was adequate outdoor furniture, pool lounges, etc. The house was a good size for the number of people that we had staying in it. Appreciated having the Ralph's discount card, too!
