You'll find inspiring design touches with nicely furnished & well appointed rooms throughout this newly available Palm Springs vacation rental, first available for rent in March 2006.

The outdoor pool area of this home is exceptionally nice with three poolside built-in grills for outdoor cooking and dining: 1 gas grill, 1 charcoal grill plus 2 gas burners. In addition, there is an outdoor seating grouping for poolside conversations in addition to the lounge chairs and dining tables outside.

The sparkling pool and whirlpool spa are great for relaxing, swimming or lounging in the abundant desert sunshine.

This Palm Springs vacation home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Four of the nice sized bedrooms have en suite bathroom.

Four of the bedrooms have king sized beds and the 5th bedroom has two queen size beds.

Two of the suites open on to the pool with direct pool access. Another of the master suites features a wetbar style mini-kitchen.

Beyond Expectation

"This Palm Springs home really exceeded our expectations and our Children and grandchildren have already asked if we can do this vacation again. We almost extended our stay this time! The home was exceptionally clean and well equiped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I have already shared the information with several friends and co-workers who are very interested in renting this home. I have given them all cards and the email address. Our (adult) children are already thinking that they will rent the home with there friends. Nate was exceptional and actually assisted us in selecting the home we stayed in. We have been online and selected several possibilities. We met with Nate in the office and he was very knowledgeable about each of our selections and attentive to what we wanted for our family vacation. Nate also assisted us when there was a small problem with the plumbing at the home with an immediate response. There was never an instance when I would call that I wasn't able to reach Nate. Great customer service! "

Loved Our Stay

Family Getaway in Palm Springs!

"There are mineral deposits that need to be cleaned from overhead shower head in front bathroom (many of the holes are clogged). A new dustpan is needed. The blinds in the living room do not close. Loved the floor plan! Indoor/Outdoor feel is wonderful. Laundry room was a good addition, too. Beds were comfortable. Great outdoor furniture & pool toys. It was perfect for our family reunion in Palm Springs! Great experience! Scott, the property manager, was very responsive. "

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

"We would of liked to have a broom and dust pan available for daily clean up of the patio and kitchen. Also maybe extra inventory of paper towels or cleaning supplies (ie: 409 spray bottle) for daily cleanup of the kitchen countertops The house was in a perfect location and was ideal for our group of weekend vacationers. The space was a good fit for us all. everything from the pool, jacuzzi, kitchen, and patio space was convenient and well maintained. We spent most of our time relaxing on the patio and by the pool and hardly left this place. Plenty of towels, sheets, utensils available as well. Relaxing and beautiful place! From initial booking to onsite assistance, Vacation Palm Springs staff was extremely helpful. The reservation team helped me with some information I needed before my arrival as well as assisting me with a late checkout the day before my departure. The Property manager was great in calling back quickly and sending out a maintanance person when we had trouble with a toilet in the house. "

FAAAAABUUUUUULOUS

"EVERYTHING about Sunny Elegance was perfect from beautifully decorated rooms to just a very comfortable setting. One very very small negative doesn't even seem necessary to mention... but because we BBQ'd we used the knives which were very dull. Well equipped/stocked with everything you need for an unbelievable get-a-way. Worked with Justin and Brian. Both were professional, helpful and courteous. "

Perfect Vacation Home

"It's just a great place to stay for extended families and friends. This is our 3rd year renting this home. It is perfect for our family vacation. We know the house and it feels like our home away from home. We especially love the outdoor living areas, and of course the pool. Absolutely Perfect

"A few more wash clothes would be nice, but I can't think of anything else. It is an absolutely perfect place!! The home is spacious and well decorated. We loved the covered patio with plenty of seating, the beautiful pool and great Bar-B-Q area. TV's in each bedroom, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The large kitchen area was a perfect area for everyone to gather, and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. I can't say enough about this home, we will definitely be back. I would recommend Vacation Palm Springs without any hesitation what so ever. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "

Large, Spacious Place with Great Pool & Hot Tub!

"If you're looking for a place to spend a relaxing weekend with about 10 guests, Sunny Elegance is the place to be! The pool and hot tub were amazing - we stayed in them for most of the weekend! Also, the bedrooms were very nice - each was unique and spacious. There is a lot of space in the kitchen/dining room so all of your guests can feel at home. Super Elegant

"The property was huge and just what we wanted; all of us had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you could need to make a smashing dinner. The pool area was well equipped and quite luxurious. The common areas and bedrooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Our Favorite thing to do in Palm Springs is hiking at the top of the Mt San Jacinto's Chino Canyon. "

Awesome Backyard for Weekend Fun!

"4 Stars. Awesome backyard for weekend fun! The backyard (pool, spa, lounge chairs, sitting areas, dining areas) was fantastic. The bedrooms were all well equipped and roomy and the neighborhood was great. The kitchen could be updated and made bigger, there is a lot of unused space between the kitchen and the slider. The house was very comfortable for 8 people and very homey. This was a celebration for my 50th birthday and our group of friends arrived early to decorate the house and surprise me! It was a great place to enjoy friends, also close by to our favorite casinos and restaurants! "
