"The rented property was comfortable, and had a welcoming feel to it. The mix of original and complimenting decor was cohesive in the main house. The pool bungalows were a nice addition to the property in keeping with the mid-century modern architecture. "

Great Family Getaway

"The casitas accommodated four couples and our children while still allowing for a little privacy for everyone. The house is close to great restaurants and Ruth Hardy park (which has a playground for the kids and tennis courts). While at the house, we spent most of our time outside-- in the pool, on the grass, playing ping pong. There are so many things to keep us all busy. We found everyone at Vacation Palm Springs to be professional and very responsible. We especially loved Veronica, the housekeeper. "

Poolside Las Palmas - A Perfect Getaway!

"This mid-century Palm Springs house not only housed 12 comfortably, each with their own private spaces, but the outdoor areas with a putting green, chess, fire pit, ping pong table, and of course the beautiful pool made this a perfect setting for a large family gathering. We felt so at home here want to come back! We would have loved more of a history of the home with early photos in the welcome book. Also, the looseleaf binder could have included more local information such as addresses of the nearest hospital, list of restaurants, and attractions (library, art museums, etc) for example.(Thank you for your feedback. There is a binder at the property that includes history of the house plus a list of local recommended restaurants. Our website also has a very comprehensive guide to Palm Springs and surrounding areas. Thank you. -Travis in Property Management.) We had a very positive experience with the rental staff at Vacation Palm Springs and their property managers. They handled the sudden electrical issues quickly and completely for which we were appreciative. I definitely would recommend Vacation Palm Springs to a friend. Yes. Perfect Home for Young Families

"We just had a wonderful 11 day vacation at Poolside Las Palmas. This place was simply amazing for 3 young families (6 adults and 5 kids). We loved everything the backyard had to offer- the pool, spa and lounge chairs were perfect; the pingpong table was home to some serious competitions by the adults; we all enjoyed campfires and marshmallow roasting before bedtime at the firepit; even the minigolf entertained the kids and adults alike. The house layout worked well for 3 families, and the kids enjoyed dance parties in the living room (thanks for the iPod docking). We were able to enjoy meals together at the large dining room table, and made full use of the BBQ. We did get out for some outlet shopping, trips to the playground, museum and zoo, but by far the best times were hanging out in the backyard poolside. The house was well stocked - from pool towels to wine glasses, everything we needed was there. We will definitely return to rent this home again. We were so impressed with the service from the entire team - right from booking to property management. Anytime we called with questions or concerns, they responded promptly and professionally. Even bringing us a new propane tank for the BBQ late one night! "

Great for (Quiet) Groups

"The amenities at the property are great, and the way the house is set up it is perfect for a group. We were slightly annoyed by the rules (only four cars to be parked at the property and none on the street -- even though neighbors parked cars on the street; no music played outdoors -- despite the loud music played by neighbors, etc.)Thank you for your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed the home. The Palm Springs City Ordinance restricts any outdoor music to be played at all vacation rentals, and we must follow all city regulations as do other vacation rental companies Everyone we dealt with at Vacation Palm Springs was helpful, professional and courteous! "

Awesome Pool House Vacation!

"What a fabulous house! We loved all the different areas, really made it feel more like a mini resort with lots of activities and places to explore. We especially loved the fire pit and benches in the evening, the awesome outdoor dining area in the back made us feel like we were transported away to a cool restaurant, and the outdoor chess is a really cool feature! Perfect house for a larger group of friends or several families with small children. The three bungalows outside provide a lot of privacy. Great layout! What to improve? Move BBQ to the back by the outdoor dining table. No martini glasses in this house, despite management assuring us that there would be at least 12. There were instead 24 wine glasses. Small prep bowls would be nice to have in the kitchen. Portia was great in assisting with the reservation. Thank you! This is the 3rd house we have rented with Vacation Palm Springs and have been very happy! "
