A Touch of Paradise. 
"Compact mid-century home and for a couple + visitors a dream-like backyard to suit every whim. Pool, spa, outdoor fireplace or amazing private lounging. Unfortunately even near perfect has its faults. Loud ice maker (night stalker sounds), Bathroom faucets/sinks impressive but not practical, kitchen/dining ware needs review and perhaps replacing, Privacy barrier at back of property against gawking garden visitors, Side fabric barrier repaired during our visit is back and still a problem. Britt attentive and good to work with. "

"The home was exactly what was shown on-line and was spotless, cool, and welcoming upon arrival. The television remote did not work in the living area, and took a long time to figure out how to work manually. The directions for the home were excellent, but a little more on the AV system would have been helpful. Justin was patient, helpful and accommodating. Outstanding! I will never go anywhere else! "
Mid Century House Palm Springs
"House in person was exactly how appeared on line. It was in a lovely and convenient location. Backyard was stellar! Seems like a minor thing, but the sinks in both washrooms are goofy - very difficult to actually use. Very thorough directions - easy to follow instructions. Were helpful and immediately available when I had some trouble opening the lock box. INCREDIBLY helpful when my other half left his passport in a drawer by accident. Were patient and helpful in getting it back to us. Nice service. "
Mesa Midcentury Masterpiece!
"The home is the perfect size and layout for a family with several small kids. The pool and the hot tub can be seen from the kitchen, master bedroom, and even the bathroom. It feels like the whole back of the house can be opened up to the backyard and the breeze helps alleviate the need for AC. Several seating areas mean there is always a sunny or a shady spot to relax in near the pool. This was the second time we stayed here and it is the best rental we have ever enjoyed in Palm Springs! A few more plastic plates, bowls, and glasses would be nice for kids to use outside near the pool. Having a washer and dryer in the kitchen is convenient, too bad they weren't working while we were there. The reservation paperwork was done online several months before our trip and was completed with the deposit secured via credit card in about an hour. "

"Backyard, including pool, spa, firepit and grill was spectacular. Home AV & wifi was great. Our suggestions: House needs thorough deep cleaning including floors, rugs & windows. Need to Repair/replace broken pool lounges and replace all outdoor cushions.(Thank you for your comments; the home is scheduled for a deep cleaning and we are working on having the pool lounges repaired -The Property Management Team) Service was five stars. Special kudos to Cesar, Scott & Nate. We have already rented another Vacation Palm Springs property for next year! "
Clean, Modern and Relaxing
"It was close to town but still very private. Clean, modern and uncluttered space. The AV system was complicated but usable. No ipod hook up unfortunately. Would be nice to have one. ( Thank you for bringing this to our attention, while this home does not have an ipod dock, there is a plug that you can plug your ipod into.) Very helpful and professional rental company. "

"As always my experience with a Vacation Palm Springs property was great. Just a well run business with excellent homes. The house was well-appointed, pleasing to the eye, and in a great neighborhood on the south side of town. Quiet street. The pool was great and the outdoor area had everything we needed. I will went this house again. Cozy, beautiful and comfortable. Lovely. Master bedroom television and cable needs to be repaired. It wasn't working.(Thank you for your feedback; This item is scheduled for repair through the cable company tomorrow.) Justin was kind and helpful and quick. I've come to expect this from everyone at this company. "

Fabulous, Relaxing, Great House!
"The flow, the decor, the comfort, the pool, the location. These are the things we liked about the home. The home needs new swim towels. The shower strip in the first bathroom needs to be repaired. More garbage bags, more dish towels. Thank you for your input. The shower strip has been repaired, and we have taken an inventory of the dish towels and restocked as necessary - Tim in property management Nate, Portia and Cesar were always prompt and courteous in assisting our reservation. All of the property managers were great to work with. We always recommend Vacation Palm Springs. "
PS Mesa Home
"I liked the large screen tv's in the living room and bedrooms. I liked the master bedroom king size bed, very comfortable. I loved the pool and spa, but unfortunately the heater was not working and the maintenance person wasn't able to come out and repair it until the day prior to our departure. I didn't like not being able to adjust the Air Conditioning thermostat. I would have liked 74 degrees instead of 76. The kitchen was very sparcely stocked. Really disliked the two sinks. Everyone was very helpful and efficient at this rental agency. "

"The home is bright and comfortable, with a great pool. The home needs info about the location of the switches for the pool lights and spa jets. The home did not have dish towels. The TV in the living room.. it doesn't work. The trash disposal info is too vague, where is the designated area? The home needs more plastic ware for pool. The iPod dock should be replaced. At least tell people ahead of time if it's for older iPods. I could have brought an older iPod if i knew. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom is broken. "

Like a Private Resort and Spa
"A beautiful, comfortable and well equipped home.Private and delightful outdoor spaces.The pool, spa and fire-pit made it a pleasure to stay put! Master bathroom sinks are a nightmare, a real travesty of industrial design. It would be worthwhile to repair the washer in the kitchen and to provide detailed info on the location of the wi-fi router which went out frequently. Reservation staff and property managers were friendly and efficient and took care of any little problems quickly. Brian was personable and helpful. Many thanks to everyone! One of the best vacation rentals I have ever experienced, and I am a frequent vacation renter in the US, Mexico and Europe. "

Fabulous PS Vacation Retreat!
"The house is beautifully appointed and soothingly designed, very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The outside pool area is gorgeous and spa like, very stress relieving, comfortable, quiet and so private. A fantastic Palm Springs retreat! Portia was great during the reservation process and answered all questions. Made it very easy for us to book and finalize payments. We had a late check in and arrived at 10pm, but the lights on the front of the house were off. It was difficult to spot the correct entrance lockbox in the dark and we called the 800 number. Scott (I think) was terrific and walked us through finding the right lockbox and was so helpful and pleasant. "

"There are a few items that need repair. Towel hooks in the master bath shower are loose. 3 lights in the stove hood are burnt out. Lights in kitchen cable fixture are also burnt out. 2 of the big pool lounges are in need of repair. Wireless router didn't work - needed to reset - fell inside closet. (Note from homeowner: Towel hooks have been fixed and light bulbs have been replaced.) "
Modern American Beauty
"The layout of the home was condusive to a very relaxing holiday. The pool area with its fire pit and hot tub were sublime. I loved the bathrooms and wonderful kitchen. The television in the living room never produced a picture and there were no instructions as to how this might work. I didn't want to call the staff for assistance as we managed to find other solutions (just not as perfect). "
Would Rent Again
"Home was well funished and in a quiet neighborhood. We found the kitchen to be well equipt and cooked many meals there. The pool was perfect, not huge but plenty big for a family of four. The chairs in the shallow end were great to read in. The only downside to the back is a lack of privacy with the botanical garden behind the house. Since the botanical garden is elevated, guests can look over the fence into the pool area. Another row of hedge plants needs to be added. The dryer in the kitchen needs to be fixed. It has been brought to your attention more than once. (Note from homeowner: a second dryer has been purchased for the home.) "

It has a stunning back yard and a beautiful pool and spa. The night lighting is magical, as was the overall design of the house. Its just needs some serious upkeeping to make it the 10 that it deserves to be. "
A Huge Success!
"I took my family of four on a surprise trip to Palm Springs. Travelling with a 3 year old and a 4 month old, this trip was PERFECT. We all enjoyed the huge entertainment space outside and amenities inside. The modern home had everything that we needed to have lots of fun! All staff were great. Thank you all for being so helpful. The stereo is terrific and would be better if it had an updated iPod adapter (current one didn't work). The sinks in the bathroom are interesting, but not so functional. We will definitely stay here again! "
Pure Fun
"It was a fantastic home for our needs! The pool and spa were heated delightfully. The pictures shown of the home depicted it very well...and the sinks are pretty weird...but it's good to try weird things. The lack of privacy due to the botanical gardens was a bit of a drag, but it was minimal and not during the evening, of course. A super vacation overall. Suggestions: Privatize the backyard, fluffier bath towels, more storage in the kitchen(the washer and dryer did not work...wasted space) "

"The pictues on-line gave an accurate "picture" of the Midcentury Mesa. The pool was great for the kids. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home. A couple of items we'd suggest: several more bathroom washclothes, a pool skimmer and hand soap pumps that worked. "
