Tastefully Decorated Well Organized Home

"The pool was top quality. The garden was well organized and tidy. We particularly liked the tasteful decorations inside and all the interesting books. Parts of the house seem due for painting. Excellent service. "

Great Yard

"Great yard, pool, open living/kitchen space, plenty of pool towels, and well appointed kitchen The hot cold water in both showers is not okay. It will change in the middle of showering. Someone from the agency thought they fixed it but it still didn't work. The bedrooms are so hot. There must be a trick to cooling them! The backyard needs more shade. The electric plate on the back of house is not on correctly and falls off.. the wind. The hot water heater, again, is not working. ("Thank you for your detailed feedback. We have assigned our maintenance person to look into the water heater issue and inspect the a/c - Scott in property management") Scott was awesome, attentive and timely. "

Mor Sun Review

"The backyard was very nice and so was the pool. The curb appeal not that great. The house was comfortable and the kitchen was roomy and well stocked. Backyard can use more umbrellas or new ones. The tables in yard are also a little old. The pool light and yard lights not working. The kitchen needs a bigger trash can also yard can use a trash can so that you dont always have to go inside. Reservation and property management people at this company are always great to work with. "

Great Home!

"Everything was great. The house was clean and very well equipped. There were plenty of pots & pans, glassware and plates. The pool was really nice and there were plenty of towels. We had a great family get together and would love to do it again :) I think when both showers are being used at the same time, the master bathroom doesn't get very hot, but when it was being used alone it got very hot. Sergio was very helpful and I appreciated being able to book the house the day before we got there. Everything was very easy and we would definitely use Vacation Palm Springs Vacation Rentals again. "

Relaxing Oasis

"Backyard and pool were great. Plenty of seating and space for everyone. Suggest screen doors on sliding glass doors so they can stay open during the day w/o letting flies in. We would also be able to turn the AC off during the day if we could keep the doors and windows open. Very helpful company to work with. "

"compared to our previous rental this place was underwhelming. the pillows were lumpy, the dishes, pots and pans needed a little dusting off and the pool pump was also very noisy. "
