"The location was well situated in Palm Springs. Overall the experience was good and is a quiet area. The villa could be refreshed with paint both inside and outside. A/C was noisey and it would benifit to have clear instructions on how it operates. The main living area seating should be replaced as it is showing wear andf tear. Portia's assistance to finalize everything was great. "

Awesome Retreat

"We loved the outdoor space also the pool and jacuzzi. The house was really delightful with all the modern appliances you could ask for. We had a couple of odd events the evening we arrived we saw people peeking over the back fence and another day the pool guy and the gardner wondered into the back of the house unannounced, never said hello and started cleaning the pool and cutting the shrubs. Thank goodness I wasn't sunbathing. We had a wonderful time this home has everything a family needs. Only suggestion I have to offer is stronger jetts to make bubbles in the Jacuzzi Portia was a delight to work with and I look forward to making another reservation with her again soon. Josh was great also I enjoyed his welcome voice mail and he called me right away and gave me peace of mind when I sent him an email about the peeking neighbors "

Great Get-a-way!

"House was way larger than expected. The gas grill did not produce much heat. Also the instructions on how to lower temp on pool during the day would have been nice. Tawny was VERY helpful! "

A Great Home

"This was a great house for our family vacation and was everything advertised. It has a wonderful backyard right on the golf course, and is in an extremely quiet location, yet close to shopping and attractions. The large outdoor table was perfect for having lunch or dinner. The igniter on the BBQ doesn't work and all of the burners don't light easily making it dangerous for someone not paying attention. We also couldn't get the TV remotes in the bedrooms to work. "

Our 5th Visit to Palm Springs

"We enjoyed it very much. Everything, especially the back yard. The home needs two more cushions for the lounge chairs. Customer service was excellent. Portia is a very special person doing a great job. I really enjoyed talking to her. Brian was excellent also. "

Quiet and Handy Location, Decent Property

"Property was acceptable, but not stunning, and accommodation was comfortable. Pool was good and the chidlren enjoyed the outdoor facilities. Replace the large glass coffee table in living room; it looks fragile, and is quite dangerous (to legs etc). Property quite dark, better lighting may be appropriate. "

Beautiful Experience of Desert and Amenties Found

"The Property had the amenties such as a diving board which is hard to find and the rooms were large and spacious for living and having a good time. The Managers that I first talked to was outstanding, I believe his name was Cesar but It could have been Nate. He gave me the best suggestions in regards to the type of home we were looking for. "

Cozy, Clean & Comfy!

"The house, pool and jacuzzi were all clean & ready for guests upon arrival. The house has 1 bedroom & bath on one end and 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the other end, so there was a nice separation. This home has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Excellent location, close to downtown and the airport. Did not notice much air traffic. Nice community and neighbors. Excellent experience. The house remained nice and cool during our entire stay. The only thing that might have been nice would be ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Portia was a delight to work with! She found us exactly what we were looking for in our price range. "

"We liked the huge, open patio and pool! The home is very functional, clean, and well-equipped. The only thing to improve would be some new cushions for the pool loungers, they were hard. Reservations team was very professional and responsive. Britt, in property management, was terrific. We had an ongoing issue with the hot tub which he diligently pursued and found a solution to. "
