"Very quiet, felt safe, romantic setting for pool/jaccuzi, kitchen with everything you need, close to strip , comfy beds. Only maybe bit more plants in the back yard to make it more cozy , overall great home! Justin was wonderful , great service, quick response to emails, quick response with all needs there, "

Inviting Mid-Century Perfection!

"We liked everything! The layout is perfect. Very well-decorated, excellent location. Ideal indoor/outdoor space. The outdoor bathroom was convenient. Very well-stocked home (especially kitchen). There are a few minor kitchen needs such as a better can opener, wine opener and cutting board. The gate handle on the outside bathroom is operational but needs some minor repair. Everyone we worked with was customer focused. Justin, Nate and Portia were extremely helpful. In property management, Corey did a great job of orienting us to the workings of the pool. "

Great Space for a Quiet Sunny Getaway

"We enjoyed the layout, the heated pool & spa, the proximity to downtown and park, the well-equipped kitchen, the quiet neighborhood, and the midcentury modern styling of the home. The citrus juicer or reamer and salad spinner were all we were missing from the kitchen. There is a leak under the kitchen sink. "

Perfect Modern Vacation Home

"The only recomendation would be to have a water filter even a Brita for the fridge- we are not fans of drinking the water since it has fluoride in it and it would cut back on bottled water The home is the perfect size and very modern. Pet Friendly and the pool and spa are great. Very clean and house is fully stocked with everything a home needs.The Vacation Palm Springs property managers are alwasy very good! "

Cozy, Desert Retreat

"Great location and neighborhood - so close to downtown. The outdoor space and pool area are so wonderful and relaxing. The home is really cozy. We loved the books on midcentury Palm Springs homes. We loved being at the home, so we cooked both nights instead of going out to dinner. The home has great bedding and linens, comfy beds.We would suggest an outdoor light for the backyard. Also, pool floats and noodles would be nice. Sergio in reservations was great and helpful. "

Cozy and Comfortable House

"This house was perfect for our family of four. It was cozy and comfortable. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. Loved the furnishings and decor of this mid-century house. The pool and jacuzzi were very inviting, the walled-in yard was private, and the neighborhood was peaceful. Beautiful view of the mountains. Some dish towels in the kitchen, or extra paper towels would have been helpful. Other than that, the house really was well-stocked. The reservation process was so easy! We booked on-line and received timely e-mails throughout the process. "

Beautiful Rental Close to the Strip

"The house was beautiful and had all the extras we needed including a BBQ. It was very dog friendly with a backyard that is totally sealed. The location is about a 15 min walk to the downtown Palm Springs strip which was very convenient. We will definitely keep this place on our radar for a next visit. I would list that it had a BBQ as we were not aware by the listing. "

A Real Treat, Perfect for Us

"We come to Palm Springs a couple of times a year and it is always a pleasure to rent from Vacation Palm Springs. This property has now become one of our favorites. The house is well appointed and perfect for one couple or two. The architecture is reminiscent of the glory days of Palm Springs and the pool was delightful! We will definitely be back and will stay at Sun Sanctuary. It was a real treat! The furnishings were perfect for this smaller home. The house was perfect for us as a couple with two dogs. Absolutely perfect. I have delat with everybody at this company and all of them are great. Things Need Fixed

"The home a nice view through the living room to the pool, and I liked the kitchen. Too many things need to be fixed at the home. The outside bathroom doesn't have a latch to keep the door locked. A True Sanctuary!

"The property was very clean and orderly. But most importantly: the mid-century modern aesthetic was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were warm and comfortable and the house had every single amenity we wanted and needed. The chaise lounges were on their last legs. One of them even broke under our friend (which Tim replaced!) The old one that remains should be replaced too. Dealt with Cesar before -- he was great. Tim after and we LOVED Tim. :) He is the sweetest and VERY accommodating. You should promote him. "

Sun Santuary Was a Lovely Getaway

"The property was just what we needed for four people. We spent the majority of our time in the pool. It was great to have two outdoor umbrellas to seek cover under when the sun was strong. Having a house rental we chose to prepare several meals there and kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. I would add a few comfy throw pillows to the couch or chairs. While I understand the simple design and intent to keep things clean, the couch and chairs are not exactly comfy. We spent so much of our time outdoors, but for a few hours we did sit in the living room and that furniture was not built for comfort. We did our own online search and were able to book the house online as well. Our only contact with the team was Nate to email the materials and he was quick with assisting me on the phone. "
