Gorgeous Mid-Century Home

"We had a wonderful time during our recent stay. The house is immaculate and in perfect condition. The decor is well-chosen and the master bedroom shower spacious. The outdoor living room and kitchen were a truly special feature. We lived in the jacuzzi, which heated up rapidly on demand. Floating in the pool and gazing at the incredible view of the mountains was such a peacful, relaxing experience. Our only regret was that there were only two of us when this house would be ideal for a larger group to share. We will definitely return to this fabulous home. The reservation staff were, as always, excellent and helpful. "

Cool Nice Home

"I stayed here over the Labor Day weekend and we had a ball. The home is a beautiful home. Everything u need is there from pool toys to kitchen supplies. However one bedroom didnt have a tv so that sucked, besides that this home was perfect. FYI, you cant play music outside which sucks too but if u can work around that, then you will love this home. put a TV in the other bedroom. Sergio was the bomb, he helped me every step of the way, even helped me pick the home that gave me the best bang for my buck! Thanks Sergio! and I forget who was on-call but we called the property manager bcus we could not find out how to turn on the fire pit, but he walked us thru the instructions step by step. "

Nice for Girls Weekend Getaway

"The house was very nice, well maintained with some nice amenities. Pool and yard were smaller than expected though I suppose photos make it appear larger. Lovely master bed and bath, nice kitchen. It was comfortable for five women for the weekend . A tv in the guest room without one would be nice I was told. Bar stools to go with the bar would be handy. The hot tub controls are I the hot tub itself, would have been good to know. Also instructions on the stereo and maybe make it clear that the outside speakers are not allowed to be used. Overall, everything was really good. Adela was wonderful, delt with me for a few weeks answering loads of crazy questions. Sergio, thanks for all your help as well! Someone showed up after we arrived to deliver paperwork and turn on the ac, not sure who as I was grocery shopping, but was told he too was very nice. "

Dad's Days Away with Kids!

"House design was amazing mid century done well. Furnishings were not mid century. Leather sofas and chairs in living room would be better serviced by a streamlined sectional. Master bedroom furniture was too clunky and not in keeping with the style. Microwave was in operable but new one was brought in after a call to VPS. Coffee maker needed some trickery to make it work. Outdoor space was AMAZING. Would suggest new furniture living room and Master in keeping with the style of the home. Armoire is too big and completely not needed. "

Quiet, Comfortable, & Nicely Decorated Palm Spring...

"A wonderful time was had by all of our party of six, for a Easter break get away. The house is located in a quiet residential area, with views of the mountains, and palm trees. The backyard provides a relaxing setting to watch hummingbirds feed, get some sun, or take a jacuzzi. The swimming pool is somewhat small, but has enough room for two lounge floats. The inside of the house is clean, modern, comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with everything one would need to cook, bbq, or bake. Our family would come back again. The only suggestion I would give is to check the freezer door. It does not seem to close completely which could be wasting energy, and not cooling as well as it could. We spoke once with one of the property managers in regards to working the poo/spa heater. He explained how to work the system, and all was good. "

"The property was clean and had virtually everything we needed for a perfect family holiday. Master bed and bath were fantastic. The pool and outdoor areas were perfect and we would absolutely stay there again. The team was great but the outdoor lighting never did work. "

Awesome Property

"Had a fantastic time. Very tastefully decorated home right from the beautiful glass door entrance to the gorgeously tiled bathroom. The outdoor shower was a nice touch and proved very handy. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal and entertainment options abound throughout the home. I was hesitant in rating this property so high in the event it gets booked out all the time or the rental price goes up however that would be disingenous. Only suggestion is to label all the switches found throughout the home and suggest people bring their own soap and shampoo. Cesar was very helpful in getting us this property at the last minute and answering and addressing all my concerns and questions. Thanks Cesar! "

Wonderful Palm Springs Home

"This was a one of the cleanest homes I have ever stayed in. Everything about this home was awesome. My family and I really enjoyed this wonderful house , especially the pool and patio. I would definitely stay at this property again! Everything was wonderful I wouldn't change a thing about this property. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Cesar and Sergio were great in helping me choose a house that was most fitting for our party. Thank you guys!!! I will most definitely be talking to you guys soon for my next Palm Springs stay. End of Summer Fun

"It was very neat, well managed. The kitchen is cool,anything I need and ask for is there. More lighting by the pool area, add tv in one of the guest room. Comfortable, Relaxing, Perfect Getaway

"We liked the pool, living area, BBQ, fire pit, and well-stocked kitchen. Everything was perfect. A mister system outdoors would be nice. Also, another umbrella, floaties for the pool, and bar stools for inside + out. The fridge tends to freeze items in the vegetable drawer. The Vacation Palm Springs team was great. "

Very Cozy and Clean

"The house is located in a perfect spot not too far from the strip. Very quiet neighborhood. Bedding, bathrooms, patio and overall the house was very clean and nicely decorated. The only thing that we got confused was the lighting and pool system that was controlled both remotely and internally. The pool filteration was not working properly. "
