About This Property

This Palm Springs vacation villa is a newly-built luxurious central Palm Springs estate designed with privacy and outdoor resort living in mind. From a walled private outdoor shower, to an outdoor seating area by a cozy outdoor fireplace, to a step-down pool-side wetbar and grilling area, this Palm Springs vacation rental's amenities will exceed your expectations.

Since this Palm Springs vacation villa provides the finest in enjoying indoor-outdoor living, let's start there. The spacious yard faces West toward Mt. San jacinto and provides unobstructed views from almost every corner of the spacious and private grounds. In terms of outdoor amenities, this house is second to none.

The yard has a large free-form private swimming pool outlined with a winding rock wall with three sheer-descent waterfalls. The adjacent spa can seat 8, and nestled between them both is a gas firepit adorned with decorative glass.

Swim up to one of the four built in concrete bar-stools and have a drink at the sunken wetbar complete with refrigerator and built-in BBQ.

The elevated outdoor sun-deck has four comfortable chaise lounge chairs overlooking the pool. Here you can gaze at the sun, the palm trees, and the mountains while listening to the soothing sounds of the waterfalls trickling into the pool.

The outdoor dining area of this Palm Springs home features a large table, four chairs are next to a large fountain. In between this dining area and the inside of the house is yet another seating area with room for five and a cozy gas fireplace.

Glass french doors lead guests from this resort-like yard into the homes first media room. This comfortable room, with large windows and ceiling fan, has four large leather chairs, wood beams along the ceiling, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a bar with large wine cellar.

The formal living room has an exposed wood beam ceiling, a ceiling fan, gas fireplace, large windows and glass doors. Next to the living room is the formal dining room that seats six.

This Palm Springs home features a gourmet kitchen with microwave, convection and conventional oven, five-burner stove, dishwasher, icemaker, In addition it has two sinks, including one at the center isle.

The master suite is your own private getaway with views that will blow you away. It has a king size bed, two nightstands, built in bookcase, walk in closet and large picture window with a view of everything. The ensuite bathroom has duel sinks, a step down shower with window and a large oval bathtub with another amazing view.

Bedrooms two and three each have a queen size bed, walk in closet and French doors to an outdoor patio with wall mounted fountain. One of these two bedrooms has a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Both bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub.

In addition to three full bedrooms, there is a den with a queen size sofa/sleeper and a large flat screen TV with DVD player.

Other features include, six car private motor court, remote controlled entry gate and a front entrance fountain to welcome you and your guests to your Great Outdoors Personal resort.

"Palm Springs Holiday Villa was great and very roomy we had the best palm springs vacation ever and this is the house we will be renting over and over again. We had the best Palm Springs Vacation, this is a house that we will always rent when we go back. The house had eveything we needed.
