Tucked away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, this Palm Springs Alexander home is a mid-century modern classic located just a few blocks west of downtown near the base of the beautiful mountains just a few minutes from some of Palm Springs finest shops, galleries, dining, coffee shops and entertainment.
This home has recently been completely remodeled and newly furnished with a designer's flair as of fall 2008.
This Palm Springs vacation rental features a large outdoor pool, in ground spa, beautifully landscaped grounds, wireless Internet access and a designer gas fireplace. The poolside kitchen area offers easy indoor/ outdoor living for all to enjoy.

Christmas in Palm Springs
"The location recommended to us was perfect. We were near the airport, shopping, downtown, trail heads for hiking and the tram. House was well maintianed and the perfect size for the five of us. Reservation team was excellent as providing recommendations and responding to questions about where to shop over the Christmas holiday. "

"The property was very similar to the pictures in the advertising on the website. The neighborhood was very private and quiet which allowed us to enjoy our time there. This property could use some more kitchen amenities which we had at the previous house we rented from Vacation Palm Springs. The dishes, specifically plastic/pool safe dishes were lacking. We never found the laundry facilities, if there are any. Sergio was very helpful when I was booking the house. He advised me of other properties (including this one) when the one I was trying to book was not available. "

"Located in a great spot, comfortably furnished and appointed well, the house was very welcoming and easy to settle into. Listed as "Midcentury Sun", we didn't expect a house as dark as this--by early afternoon, lights were needed indoors. Sunny and bright outside, dark inside because of the way the house is situated on the lot. Very quiet spot, house was very comfortable. (Thank you for bringing this to our attention, with this house being so close to the mountain daylight is shortened, additional lighting will be added to the house for guests comfort - Property Management Team). Reservations: amazing. We "fell" into Vacation Palm Springs when a house we rented from Acme was cancelled, months after having been reserved and deposit taken. VPS staff were quick, responsive, thoroughly professional, and very helpful. Property Managers were very responsive to one issue we had with the property. VPS staff represents the company incredibly well. "

"The house was the perfect midcentury style for the Palm Springs experience. There were a couple of maintenance issues but they were not a major detractor. The neighborhood was great and very close to downtown. Our suggestions: Check deck furniture for broken pieces, fix the jacuzzi so that it actually bubbles, Provide a remote for the living room ceiling fan, make sure the beds are properly set up. The service team was prompt and courteous. "
