Perfect Escape

"Amenities, cleanliness and supplies were great. Would suggest Jet Dry to help the dishwasher work better. Beautiful home and great pool made the work world melt away. Loved the view of the mountains, and the comforts of "home", especially traveling with two small children. We were all very comfortable, and to here the kids refer to the house as "ours" and have pride about the house and their rooms and pool made for a perfect spring break. We are already planning our next trip to a great Vacation Palm Springs home. Already have recommended Vacation Palm Springs to three friends. The service you guys provided was awesome. I loved the web site, but was still unsure of which property to rent. I called and spoke to Justin, and he matched my desires to a perfect choice. WHile there, the friendly service continued. "

Modern Hideaway

"Great house and backyard. Good location to downtown Palm Springs. The reservation team was awesome, as well as the property managers. Our pool heater went out and we had someone there to fix it within the hour. A few suggestions: outdoor dining table (can only eat inside), more dishes for the property (with six people you run our very fast and are constantly doing dishes), hook up the outdoor fire pit (what a beautiful feature and it doesn't work), more towels for the place (same comments as dishes, larger trash cans in the home (we were constantly taking out the trash, the house needs to be more thoroughly clean (dishes were put back into cabinets dirty, crumbs along the counters, bathroom toilets hadn't been cleaned in a long time, towels are "grungy and old), there also weren't any paper supplies in the home "
