Cute, Lovely, Spacious, and Well Equipped!

"The house had everything we could possibly want. As soon as we walked through the door, the house was clean, great looking, and cold! (Nice AC!) the backyard was much bigger than I expected. We had a fabulous time! I worked with Tawny mostly, but Nate and Justin were also of help. All three of them were so nice and helpful. Made me feel comfortable and did everything they could to ensure us a good time! "

Good Location. Nice Yard.

"Very easy place to stay. Directions were good for getting into property. Location is great for downtown, airport and getting out to the desert towns. There was one rather noisy neighbor that woke us each night coming home about 2:00am with his radio blasting, otherwise nice and quiet. Reservations went smoothly with Josh making it easy for us to split the cost with our friends and keeping in touch by email. "

Nice Place in Palm Springs....

"I liked the fact that it was a "regular" pool, and not those horrible salt water pools. I liked the layout of the place, and everything actually worked. The entertainment system was a little complex. One button for on and one button for changing channels would be nice. We didn't know which remote to use to get a dvd working. It took too long to work it out, and when we did, it was good. I liked that the lights were labelled, that was very helpful. I would definitely use Vacation Palm Springs again. I have rented from "owners" in the past, and reading all the reviews that I can, the extra hike in the price was worth knowing that if anything did not work, someone was just a call away. "

"The house was well stocked - really appreciate the basics like paper towels, soap, etc THANK YOU. Furnishings are great, loved the board games. The kitchen appliances were good - need a food processor please. Great knives. Good layout and parking, and good seating in the home. "

Great Experience

"I like the different design of each of the rooms and the house was well-equipped with all the needed essentials for the stay. I would suggest that pool water chlorine level is tested due to my guerrilla and I swimsuit were discolored as a result. However the stay was great! Everyone at Vacation Palm Springs was so helpful. "

Family Birthday Weekend

"The house was a great size in fact for 6 people with a great backyard for entertainment. There were some wear and tear showing on many of the furniture which I wish was in a sense cleaner looking. I did love how the kitchen was set up and fully stocked to everything needed to cook and BBQ. We did notice that the hot water was going in and out when showering but not bad enough to need fixing. We figured it was just a small water heater. There was a water leak the last day we were their but I did call it in. I would still recommend staying here at this particular home based on its location and pricing. "

Nice Place

"Cute house, fun decor. Some of the furniture is a bit worn, mostly because it's white and that's super hard to keep looking new. Really comfortable beds. Pool is nice. I really wish that the A/C vents in the bedrooms worked. There was a fan, but the outlet nearest the door didn't work for it to be effective. "

Nice Inside, Needs Work Outside

"The house was very nice and worked out well for the number of people (5) we had. The downside was the backyard. The diving board by the pool was MIA when we got there yet shown in pictures. The patio furniture was either super cheap or filthy dirty and couldn't even be sat on and the fire pit looked like it had been pulled from the garbage. we'd recommend - improve/ clean up the backyard! that's where everyone hangs out... make it enjoyable! The service was great! "

"The pool was lovely and the house was very spacious and clean. The rug that's int he living area had several stains and I think it should be cleaned or replaced. And also the fabric on the white chair in the living room was dirty. Otherwise everything else was perfect. I only briefly spoke with Justin, otherwise all contact was via email, but he was informative and friendly. "

Enjoyable, Relaxing, Sunny, Windy

"The backyard was great. The home is well-equipped for vacations. We had an enjoyable stay. The carpets collect dust and should be replaced. The cleaning supplies were minimal (we had to buy a few more). The main bath tub tap leaks. The bathroom door sticks. The kitchen drawers are in need of repair. The king mattress may need to be replaced (it was like sleeping on a hammock). (Thank you for the thorough feedback! The bathroom sink has and kitchen drawers have been repaired.) The reservations team was great! "

"The house is elegantly designed with a wonderfully landscaped garden. Well equipped and substantial pool. Propert is on the edge of palm springs, so driving is necessary. Nice and quiet. Big enough for 2 families not three. Great personal efficient service. Well thought out and simple. "
