Great Little House with Fantastic Backyard

"The house was a small-ish two bedroom well decorated and modern. The best part of the house hands down is the back yard. The view is amazing and the bbq/lounge area is perfect for relaxation. We were minutes from downtown Palm Springs which was great as well and in a nice neighborhood. The house is on a main street so you do hear cars going by but that didn't bother us much as we're from NYC. "

"we enjoyed the outdoor areas of palm springs midcentury zen, the yard is a real gem. The home is lovely however we feel that a really deep cleaning would be a great idea. Cozy Retreat

"We liked most everything; Ikea cabinets are still Ikea cabinets. Newer "firepit" furniture would make that area much more usable. The pool was awesome, the grill was great, the kitchen was functional, we loved the "Go" T.V. and how easy it was to use.Thank you for your valuable feedback; the firepit area furniture has new cushions - The Property Management Team) The master bedroom could be a little cozier, like the guest bedroom was. Reservations was great, and we were a pain in the butt. Thanks guys! Photos Were Accurate

"The photos gave a good sense of what you were gonna get. It was a pleasant house with what we requested except some appliances didnt work. (Thank you for bringing this to our attention, a Property Manager has been sent to the home to check all appliances - Scott in Property Management) More cups would be nice. Private Oasis in North Palm Springs

"Property exceeded expectations from the photos and was very comfortable for four people. Any more it might have felt small or cramped. The outdoor space was the real prize, and most of our time was spent there. Other reviewers complained about uncomfortable living room furniture, but the pool area and outdoor furniture more than made up for it. We found the house to be well stocked with the ammenities of home. Maybe a few more towels might have helped? The fans provided were definitely appreciated -- the house felt a little warm for sleeping. Thank you for the input. We have taken an inventory of the towels in the home and purchased additional as needed. - Tim in Property Management Rental was an easy process, from website navigation through booking. All information provided and confirmation was well organized and very complete. "

Paradise Found!

""Zen" is a perfect description of this property. My wife and I wanted a private get-away to soak up the sun, float, relax and enjoy. We had every part of that and more at this property. After reading several reviews we had some concerns but all were washed away once there for a day. The warm summer breezes were fantastic, the corner lot is private and the landscaping and gardening is wonderful with hummingbirds flitting about constantly. We would have only two suggestions. Replace the two living room chairs with a love-seat or something of that caliber. Also, with the beautiful, pollen filled flowers there are a lot of bees making homes in cracks, crevices and the eaves of the house. Pest control would be wise to treat the house, just in case, before a major problem develops. This wasn't an issue for us but could see how it might be a problem down the road. Justin was great! Also spoke with Chris briefly since I THOUGHT there was a problem with the spa but it turned out to be operator error on my part...thanks Chris! "

Ikea House

"Clean, neat and kitchen cabinetes were well stocked with utensils, serving plates, etc. Somehow we missed square footage of house, seemed much smaller than anticipated. Definitely not a 3rd "bedroom", would suggest advertising as a 2 bedroom unless 3rd room is refinished. Great service. Quick responses via email. Never spoke to anyone. "

Liked the House

Exactly What I Was Looking for

"This place is not your typical rental. I felt like I was staying at a friends house. It was well appointed with nice dishes, towels, TVs, kitchen utensils, etc. The back yard was amazing, with just the right amount of landscaping to make you feel secluded and like you are at a resort. Although the "twin" in the 3rd bedroom was nice for looks, it's a little impractical for sleeping. It's Palm Springs so it's all about the outdoor spaces and this place had several different comfortable areas to lounge, sunbathe, eat, etc. We were there in June and the backyard got sun all day long. Beds were pretty comfortable too. "
