The great room of this great Palm Springs home features vaulted exposed beam ceilings, a corner bar, bamboo flooring, 42" wall-mounted TV, many comfortable seating options, large windows and several sliding glass doors providing an abundance of light inside this luxurious desert retreat.

"The Las Palmas Rose house is beautiful! Perfect for a lot of guests to eat, drink, swim, and just hang out. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. We loved this house! The only recommendation we'd make is a step stool to reach all the glasses in the cupboard, this house is definitely for tall people. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Your entire team really makes an effort for us to feel welcomed. We needed a few things and had to call the office, and received immediate attention. Perfect! "

The sleeping accommodations were very good and each room had its own bathroom - a major plus. The team was very responsive to our needs. Fabulous Property and Even Better Service!

"We loved this property! I spent a fair amount of time looking for rental houses before selecting this one and I was very happy with my choice! We were there with our 2 young boys (2 yr old and 5 mo old) and a friend with her toddler. It's perfect for 4 couples/singles with no kids or 2 small families, because the rooms are split on either side of the house. The house was well equipped with all of the amenities and we loved the patio/pool/spa (the main reason for the trip!). I highly recommend this property. The service from Vacation Palm Springs totally lived up to the reviews I read on their site. I needed a new coffee maker and someone from their office was on my door step 15 minutes later with a new one! The washer wasn't working properly and they got that working immediately, as well. The people were super nice and really bent over backwards to make us feel at home. Even if this isn't the house for you -- I highly recommend this rental company. "

Perfect Weekend Getaway

"We love the neighborhood, it is so peaceful! The pool and the hot tub were perfect, the water was like bath water. We spent most of our time hanging out by the pool, grilling, bbqing, hanging out in the cabanas. It was so relaxing! It would have been nice if the speakers outside worked. Note from rental agency management: The Palm Springs City ordinance for quiet neighborhoods does not allow outdoor speakers in order to preserve the wonderful peaceful and quiet neighborhood vibe that makes Palm Springs such a special place. Lap of Luxury

"From the moment we walked in, we loved it. Very spacious ranch, mid-century but with the flair of modern amenities. The decor is spot on. Layout easily works for two small families or several couples with two bedrooms on one side of house and two on another. The 2 masters are spacious. We especially loved the outdoor shower (everyone tried it); the outdoor living room and fireplace. Our teens loved the home theater. Pool area perfect. It would have been nice if there was a gaming system set up. There are no games or movies. An additional pool float would be nice. (But these requests are minor) Love the coffee table books and ipod sound system though. We dealt with Justin and Nate to make the reservation. They couldn't be more helpful. The welcome basket is a very nice touch (I used my coffee mug this morning in fact)! However, we did have pool issues that hampered our using it (first the spa wouldn't heat, then the pool became an algea pond) and that was not resolved so well even though we were told someone would return that day, they never did. The pool and spa concerns have been repaired - Scott in Property Management Already have recommended you. We have done VRBO in the past and have been happy, but this is different because you knowwhere are managers available to respond. When an issue came up, they called back immediately. "

Classy Modern Retreat in the Desert

"Smooth as silk. The house was wonderful, loaded with fabulous art, great furniture and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Fabulous outdoor shower. Pool and spa along with outdoor kitchen made for great outdoor living (when it wasn't raining). Beautiful neighborhood close to the mountains. Close proximity to downtown a definite plus. There are a few things for VPS and the owner to consider: The main oven thermostat is in need of repair. The main oven can't reach temperatures over 350F. The fan over the stovetop isn't sufficient to vent when using the grill on the stovetop. The fridge also did not seem to reach its correct coldness. I think the compressor vents need to be cleaned. The pool/spa thermostat also has some problems. Upon arrival the spa would not heat beyond 86F. Called VPS and they sent someone over to correct it. It reset itself again after 3 days and I was able to correct it. Later the pool temp somehow reset to a higher temp than 86F (or whatever the standard pool temp was). I mentioned this to the pool guys but didn't get much response. I fixed it myself. There is definitely something wrong with the pool thermostat electronics. The chairs in the media room are on their last leg. The electric chair movements are a bit noisy and slow. The HD output to the TV from the cable box was set to a lower resolution than supported. I changed it to output the highest resolution that the TV supports. While I know the amount of rain we had was extraordinary, the only problem we had was leakage from the outdoor shower door into the front MBR bath. Nothing serious but just FYI. The only other issue was the inability to use the outdoor speakers. Again, the level of service was excellent. When we needed a mixer it was delivered promptly, when the coffee pot stopped working, a new one was brought over the same morning. All of my communication with the Vacation Palm Springs staff was courteous, professional and responsive. "

"The home was beautiful and the remodeling/decor was REALLY well done. It looks even better live than it does in the pictures and it's a very unique property. We did have some troubles with the spa, but the pool guy helped us out and vacation Palm springs was very responsive. I would rent this house again and recommend it to others. The service was great. We did have some spa troubles, but the team was very responsive and helpful. Rick even gave us a pizza. "
