Excellent Las Palmas Home

"Lovely yard and pool. Room for all to roam. TV setup's were not great. Only TV to have full cable access was in the master bedroom. Would have preferred a TV in the living area rather than in the kitchen. "

Great Place to Stay in Palm Springs

"We liked the big, open space, the large pool, the computer+printer+fax were great for keeping in touch. Justin, Portia, Nate and Cesar were all great to work with in reservations. All of the property management staff were very helpful. Nate helped us to make the fax+printer work and moved the computer to the living room. The computer was initially in the master bedroom, which is just the worst place, especially if there are kids staying. The computer should be put in a "public" space. "

Best Time Ever

"I love the bedroom, the beds were very comfortable. The pool was amazing,it was equip with everything u need and more. Don't have any complaints. The house was amazing enjoyed every minute. Weekend Getaway

"Plenty of room throughout the house and the pool was great. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working at 100%. It was so hot in the house and the instructions didn't want us to drop the air past 77 degrees. It was way too warm to sleep in, especially with two babies in the house. (The home's A/C system has been serviced and is now in full working order. - Tim in property management) Service was top-notch throughout the whole process. I worked with Cesar and he was truly helpful and very responsive to everything we needed. I would recommend the house. It was a large house, but for the price, I am not sure if I wouldn't shop around a bit more. It wasn't very cozy and there wasn't a TV in the living room. "

Great Home with a Minor Glitch

"home had great spaces and was recently renovated, nice bonus office and gym, the bathrooms are newly done and look great but we did have a flood in the master due to a leaking toilet which was a little unexpected event - however the rental team and owners took quick action on this the following day - , lovely outdoor area with pool and spa, and the home is very private, a great getaway for adult groups or a family looking to relax "

Spectacular Retreat!

"We were floored by this home (estate, really) from the minute we set foot inside. Really nicely done without being pretentious or uninviting. The backyard was exceptionally well manicured--a perfect spot to laze around, no matter how hot it was outside. Super clean, private driveway, remote feel but central location. We can't say enough good stuff about this property, Las Palmas del Sol. This isn't very useful, but I can't think of a single thing that could have been better. The property was immaculate when we arrived and the binder in the kitchen outlined everything we needed to know (pool/stereo/light controls, etc.). We may have just missed the instructions, but it wasn't immediately apparent that we needed a remote to open the driveway gates. Maybe more prominent placement of the clicker is a suggestion. Justin was awesome. He was patient throughout our reservation changes and informative whenever we had questions. Very nice work. We'd recommend Vacation Palm Springs and this property without a doubt. "
