Very Nice. Will Stay in Our Memories.

"Some of the equipment lacks operating instructions (not so easy with the convenient audio; could not make the video work in the master room: 4 remotes for 3 pieces of equipment !). Dishes, plates, glasses were just enough for 4 whereas the property is designed for up to 6 people. Large house, well located, well decorated, large pool very well oriented. Everything as described. Would we recommend vacation palm springs to a friend? No doubt about it! Very good service for reservation. The only issue with the property was well handled by responsive property manager, Scott (Security alarm on without instructions when arriving). "

Spectacular Retreat!

"This isn't very useful, but I can't think of a single thing that could have been better. The property was immaculate when we arrived and the binder in the kitchen outlined everything we needed to know (pool/stereo/light controls, etc.). We may have just missed the instructions, but it wasn't immediately apparent that we needed a remote to open the driveway gates. Maybe more prominent placement of the clicker is a suggestion. We were floored by this home (estate, really) from the minute we set foot inside. Really nicely done without being pretentious or uninviting. The backyard was exceptionally well manicured--a perfect spot to laze around, no matter how hot it was outside. Super clean, private driveway, remote feel but central location. We can't say enough good stuff about this property, Las Palmas del Sol. We'd recommend Vacation Palm Springs and this property without a doubt. Justin was awesome. He was patient throughout our reservation changes and informative whenever we had questions. Very nice work. "
