A unique and desirable feature of this remarkable vacation home is the detached bungalow with separate entrance, bedroom and ensuite bath. Three more bedrooms are located in the main house.

The great room of this Palm Springs midcentury vacation home features vaulted exposed beam ceilings, 42" wall-mounted TV, many comfortable seating options, large windows and several sliding glass doors providing an abundance of light inside this luxurious desert retreat.

You and your guests will appreciate the open and inviting floor plan - perfectly suited for entertaining. All of the accoutrements are artfully integrated in this remarkable home.

The fully equipped modern chef's kitchen has granite slab countertops and features a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and range. The adjacent dining area overlooking the private pool deck has comfortable seating for 8.

The spacious master suite features a king size bed, TV, and en-suite bath. A glass door leads to the bubbling jacuzzi spa and lush backyard. Two more guest bedrooms in the main house are stylishly and comfortably appointed.

The private bungalow with separate entrance is a true escape featuring queen size bed, TV, and a full ensuite bath. You'll enjoy views of the lush landscaping through large sliding glass doors and a nearby shady garden seating area, perfect for relaxing with a good book.

Secret Gardens, Lovely Landscaping

"Well stocked house, wanting for nothing. Lots of little extras. The garden/landscaping is the best part. Lovely location, peaceful beautiful yard, very private. House is on the small compact size but we spent most of our time outside anyway. Excellent service as always from Vacation Palm Springs! "

Just Wonderful

"The house is aptly titled as it is very private and quiet. You really don't see another house, just the beautiful landscaping and the mountains. The Vista Las Palmas location is great in the midst of so many cool modern homes. The swimming pool is big and deep, not just a "splash pool." Spa is also large. There is a great high-end grill, that even has a rotisserie. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well appointed. The outdoor, protected dining area is large and can easily accommodate 8 people, with nice serving areas for a buffet. Nice laundry room, also. We really enjoyed our stay. "

Beautiful and Comfortable

"Absolutely beautiful and very comfortable Vista Las Palmas house. It was spacious, well appointed and well situated within walking distance to town. We found it to be the perfect relaxing escape - great pool and hot tub. And stunning views - we woke at dawn to see the mountains turn orange. We visited when the fruit trees were in harvest. Imagine waking up, walking to the side yard and pulling fresh grapefruit right off the tree! We will definitely return to this wonderful house in Vista Las Palmas. "

Amazing Private Oasis

"Thank you, thank you, thank you - we thoroughly enjoyed this wondrous Palm Springs period piece oasis in the glorious, healthful desert. Having learned a bit about thoughtful, indigenous landscaping in Taos, New Mexico, I was thrilled with the great perfection surrounding your house. I discovered a new succulent every day. And that house, plus guest house are dreamscapes of architectural history. Not to mention the pool, the handsome outdoor seating and more and more.... There are more fantastic details than I could possible mention. Thank you again for an amazing metamorphosis. "

Desert Oasis

"My wife and I had the wonderful experience of spending the weekend at this oasis in the desert. The modern home with all the amenities made it so relaxing to not have to think of anything, it was already at your fingertips, and we hardly left the house! The guest house in the back was a special treat for our 8 year old to feel like she had her very own "apartment". For us the most amazing aspect of the home is the pool and the outdoor dining area. Days in the pool and dining on the patio with friends at night made this such a special weekend. We can't wait to return. "

The Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

"As an on the go New Yorker, I needed some serious down time and needed to get away from the stress. It's been a few years since I have visited Palm Springs, but remember how much I enjoyed my last visit. I recently spent a few days during the week between Christmas and New Years in Palm Springs at this gorgeous oasis in Vista Las Palmas. The details of this mid-century home were intimate, meticulously accented and equisitely designed. In the early morning hours, I enjoyed coffee by the beautifully landscaped pool area; late afternoons and early evenings were spent in the delicious hot tub. Inside the home, the living room fireplace was a great area to have drinks and enjoy the mountain views. At night, I stayed in the Casita. This wonderful guest bungalow is private and fully equipped with a full bathroom, mini- refrigerator, generous area space and a very comfortable Queen bed. Outside the bungalow sits a private cushioned enclosed gazebo sitting area for reflection, an afternoon nap or cocktail. Overall, this property is a must stay, for yourself, family or close group of friends. I will definitely be back. "
