You can be among the very first to rent this Palm Springs luxury home with all new furnishings, fixtures, bedding as of January 2009, this Palm Springs luxury home incorporates the "Big Room" feel that has become so popular and in tune with the casual California lifestyle.

The great room living area has two large living areas, an open gourmet kitchen, a game/kitchen table that seats 4, an elegant dinning area that can seat ten comfortably, a powder room for your guests and an office nook. If you bring along your computer, you can enjoy this home's high speed wireless Internet access.

One living area has a huge wonderful fireplace with plenty of comfortable seating and the second living area has
a 52" Plasma TV with a Blueray DVD player. This area also has plenty of casually elegant and comfortable seating.

The dining area is truly perfect for your Palm Springs get-away. This dining room is elegant and engaging for your dinner parties and equally suitable for everyday casual dinning.

The kitchen is a well equiped gourmet's delight. All major appliances are stainless steel and brand new as of December 2008. They include a commerical duel fuel range with grill, a griddle and two ovens plus a 48" side by side refrigerator/ freezer. There is a "wrap-around" counter/bar with 6 comfortable bar chairs.

The office nook has a desk and is a comfortable area where you can set up your computer and enjoy the use of the wireless Internet that is available throughout the house.

The great room seems to have a wall of glass that all opens on to the outdoors that shows off the wonderful pool, spa and patio areas, complete with scenic mountain views and lush landscaping.

This Palm Springs home features a new saline (salt water) pool that is easier on your skin and is accompanied by a beautiful waterfall whirlpool spa.

Each bedroom has a nice size and pleasing feel with designer linens and their own plasma TV's. The master bedroom and the front living room TV area have the new Blueray DVD players. There are two master suites that open up to the backyard from what seems to be a wall of glass. Each of the 2 master suites has its own en-suite bathroom with walk in closets. The third bedroom has its own bathroom available and its own Plasma TV.

"Suggestion: Leave clearer directions for the person renting out the place. I really enjoyed the house. The rooms were roomy and it was really clean. I love the the amount of space inside. The kitchen was great. I did allot of cooking so it was pleasant to have all that room for myself. "

Beautiful Home in a Wonderful Neighborhood

"I would definitely recommend your company in a heart beat. The experience was very pleasant and your company is very accomodating and informative. The home was as promised, we were looking for a home that met the same standards of our personal properties. This home accomodated 6 adults plus our dog very well. Your staff (Vacation Palm Springs team) all receive 10 stars, I spoke to all of the reservation team as I was searching for the right home for our Thanksgiving holiday. The only thing that comes to mind, I'm kind of a clean freak. The house could have used a once over before we arrived. Cob webs and dust bunnies were thruout the house, probably because it had not been rented in a while? "

Spacious and Quiet

"Perfect floor plan to relax and enjoy both inside and outside space. Big open kitchen, dining and living area. Master on one end of the house and two bedrooms on the other makes for good privacy. Lovely mountain views and convenient proximity to main downtown shopping and dining. Thermostat regulated at an unacceptably high 78 degrees. Should be restricted at a more comfortable 72 degrees. "

Designer Perfect & Dog Friendly

"We loved the house so much we really never left except for the occasional trip to Jensen's and Trader joes. This home is very well done, from the commercial grade kitchen appliances, expansive granite counters, perfectly appointed bath and bedrooms with floor to ceiling glass doors and windows covering the entire back wall of the home - it's thoughtfully designed (2 masters, 4 bathrooms, tile floors, laundry area) and decorated (Roma Collection artwork and designer linens in a neutral palette). We all loved the spacious floor plan w/ one great room divided into multiple sitting and eating areas. The multiple flat screen TVs were a huge hit with my husband & our daughter loved the salt water pool. The waterfall Jacuzzi with views of giant palm trees and the mountains was my personal favorite. Plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting areas easily lend the home to entertaining. The best was that the property is dog friendly & completely fenced in with privacy on all sides. "

""5 Stars" Old Palm Springs Modern Luxury. Home was very well stocked, salt water pool was particularly excellent. Neighborhood is especially good for folks that want to walk... many other walkers. I would suggest that more cable tv channels be offerred beyond basic cable. "

Absolutely Fabulous, Very Comfortable.

"5 Stars. Absolutely fabulous, very comfortable. We enjoyed everything. The two bedrooms that we used were on opposite sides of the house so each couple had their own privacy. The kitchen, sitting room and living room were very comfortable and all open so each one of us could hang where we wanted but were still part of the group. The only suggestion would be to put some towel hangers in the bathroom that is in the bedroom off of the pool. We as a couple had a very limited amount of towel space after our showers. "
