This Palm Springs vacation home is well suited for a relaxing Palm Springs getaway. Inside, approximately 2,600 square feet of living space welcomes you to bask in the Palm Springs lifestyle. The home is decorated with a contemporary flair while remaining comfortable and inviting.

The living room of this Palm Springs vacation home opens through french doors to view the beautiful outdoor pool area featuring a sparkling saltwater pool. The living room also flows nicely into the dining room, offers easy access to the outdoors, a 46" flat screen television with a DVD player, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace.

The home is also equipped with high-speed wireless Internet access and unlimited U.S. long distance phone calls.

The kitchen is well appointed with flatware and other kitchen essentials, and also boasts modern stainless steel appliances. There's abundant workspace to prepare gourmet meals for your family and guests on the expansive counter tops.

Great Trip to Palm Springs

"The rooms are new and comfortable condition, the whole home was fully loaded with every thing I needed. It has a beautiful lawn with grass and trees and a nice warm Pool & Spa. I suggest to make the gate entrance more private, Replace the little stones from the back with grass, and put some back outside light with a switch for on/off so you can eat and grill with more light, without a motion sensor. The property managers were great. When I called for something, they came right over and helped me. "

Cozy Escape

"Visiting the Coleman House was a wonderful experience. The sleeping accomodations were lovely. The decor was updated and modern and I loved the heated pool. The kitchen provided everthing needed to prepare and serve a full meal. The house was really cozy and provided everything needed for a home away from home. We would recommend updating the shower heads Working with the reservation team was a good experience; Justin and Sergio were great. "

Great Bbq Getaway for Family and Friends!

"Loved the heated saline pool and jacuzzi. Rooms were a good size. Liked the bungalow away from the other rooms. Plenty of room for 4 cars. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen. Great educational binder for a guide for the place. Justin was prompt with his emails. Property manager came by the first night to check on any requests or give suggestions. Requested assistance for the pool. Pool assistant arrived soon after request. "

Coleman House on Calle Rolph

"The house was in excellent condition, clean, modernly decorated, secluded, peaceful. The pictures do not do it justice. Much nicer than the pictures. Lots of parking. 1 mile to down town. I would stay hear again in a heart beat :) I really think you guys should take new pictures of the home. The house is much nicer than the pictures lead on. I hope to stay here again next year. Our group of anesthesia students loved the home and the pool. Thanks for everything :) Justin was incredibly helpful! "

COLEMAN HOUSE

"Quiet neighborhood. Corner lot. Owner did'nt do much in remodeling the home which is very cool and still gives you that warm retro 60's feeling. Large bedrooms. We love the guest bungalow. Our suggestion: Add another sofa in the living room. (Thank you for the suggestion. We have passed your suggestion along to the property owner. - Tim in Property Management) Service was great. Excellent Home

"We had a great experience. The manager was very nice. When we arrived one of the porch light was not working. When I called the manager (CESAR) he came in really quickly and fixed the problem. Again home was excellent but the pool was small. We would rather have bigger pool than bigger house.(My personal opinion). Excellent service.Very nice property manager/company. "

"The property overall was good. House was pretty old, windows and doors are probably manufactured in the 60's. Carpeting by the doors that lead to pool area isnt really a smart idea... Management team was great. Very helpful. "
