This exceptional house was built in the 1930's in the Spanish hacienca style with all the rooms opening up onto the deck celebrating the original pool and dramatic mountain views.

The living room/dining room with a grand fireplace, French doors leading out to the deck and museum grade stained glass windows purchased and commissioned by the former film pioneer, Irvin Willat, for his true love, Ms. Billie Dove who eventually ran away with Howard Hughes.

This celebrity estate in Palm Springs is the purported former estate of the legendary Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz; taking residence from 1944 - 1955.

"We loved the layout; very spacious. Great pool. The kitchen was lovely except for the amenities. Needs more flatware, measuring cups.
