This Alexander style home epitomizes the mid-century modern home revolution of the late 1950s and early 1960s that Palm Springs is well know for.

"The Sunsplash home was the perfect size for our party of 6. The home is nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with mostly everything you would need and the linen closet is also stocked with plenty of towels. The bedrooms were a good size and bathrooms looked recently updated. The backyard was great for entertaining with the fabulous hot tub and salt water pool to the gas fire pit area. Britt made a stop by the house on the first night because I was unable to get the hot tub to heat up. He was very helpful and very nice and quick to respond to any issues. "

There was a leak from the AC vent they were there within 5 minutes of our phone call to fix the issue. We will definitely be back to stay at this house!!! Service was amazing! "The property was amazing, it was such a relief to walk in and see that it looked just as it it online. The layout was great, the bedrooms were all very spacious and loved the storage in the closets. The bathrooms were wonderful too, lots of natural light. The best part was the backyard! Beautifully landscaped and the pool and spa were a big hit with the whole family. Nice views of the mountains too. It was nice having a park across the street and the location was so convenient to everything. We wish we could have stayed longer! It would be great if you offered a grocery shopping service so that the fridge was stocked upon arrival! (Thank your your comments; There are a few stores in the area that will deliver groceries before your arrival, we can assist you with recommendations when making your reservation. -The Property Management Team). The team was great, easy to work with and the manual at the house had instructions for everything so we needed during our stay. "

"Sunsplash is a wonderfully remodeled mid-century home situated just a few minutes away from the downtown Palm Springs strip. We stayed over the holiday and hosted Christmas dinner with our parents. We loved it so much we decided to come back for a week to soak up the sunny March weather. For us, there is nothing better than having the comforts of home when traveling. "

Perfect for a Weekend of Sun and Style!
"The house was great! loved the back yard especially. Perfect for bbq'ing and bronzing :) Also the design of the house was really fun and retro. The only set back was the noise from the traffic on Racquet Club Rd. when you were in the bedrooms. And the rooms got really bright early in the morning because there was nothing covering the top windows. The kitchen could use a cutting board. Other than that it was a great place to stay with friends and family! Great service! We were concerned about the fridge not getting cold enough and they sent someone right over to check on it. "

Nice Back Yard!
"This is the second property that we rented and compared to the last one we rented this one gets only three stars. The property is nice but I think the cons are what made us give it only 3 stars. Pro's nice backyard, pool area and fire pit (didnt use to windy). Nicely decorated for the style of the house. Loved the windows in the livingroom/kitchen area. Very bright and nice. Master bedroom/office was big. Has own access to backyard area. Now for the cons: located on a major street, which not a big issue but can be a no no for some people due to traffic noise, also under direct flight path from airport, so very noisy airplanes when outside, didnt notice it from inside the house. If there is wind (and there was lots of it when we stayed) the backyard orientation offers no protection from wind. Owner did not let us use garage so we were unable to put our car in. No curtains in bedrooms so be prepared to wake up at 6:00 am. Dinnin area too small for 6 people, we could not all eat at same time to chit chat. Maybe ask owner if they would allow use of garage. That was a big disappointment, especially since on a major street, and for summer time when cars heat up. Also add curtains to top windows in bedrooms in case guests want to sleep in. Nice windows but to much light comes in at 6 am. WOuld also recommend letting guests know of issues with property (no door) ahead of time before reserving. Sergio was great and effiecient. Had not problem. He was very nice and friendly!!! Dont remember who i talked to when I had an issue with the missing door in the master bedroom. there was only one bathroom Big inconvenience. It was as if there was only one bathroom. The door had been damaged by a previous guests and has been replaced, Scott in Property Management "
