The Living Room blends wood beamed ceilings, bamboo floors and a slump stone fireplace together with sliding walls of glass opening to the pool and lush landscaping.

New pool and spa installed in 2010. This back yard is a haven for health, hummingbirds, citrus trees and perfect for entertaining.

Tongue and groove redwood ceilings frame the open eat in kitchen, fully equipped, with dining for 8 and a raised sandwich bar for 3 more.

An outdoor built-in wet bar and range continue the entertaining under a covered patio.

The master suite opens to a private patio and features a king temperpedic bed, an indoor/outdoor rain shower, private patio, 40 in. HDTV, and walk in closet with laundry.

Total Relaxation

"This is the 4th year the we have rented from Vacation Palm Springs, and thier customer service is always the best. I think that is one of the reasons I continue to rent from them. The backyard/pool/patio area is beautiful. If you are like my family that wants to spend your entire vacation poolside, this is definetely the house for you. Beautifully landscaped. Humming birds abound. We even had bunny sightings (highlight of my nieces vacation). The description on the website states that their is a massage table, but did not see it. We didnt need it, but just thought I would comment on it since some of you may want that perk. Overall this was a great house! Also within walking distance of shopping. Always a plus! If you plan on cooking in kitchen, just be aware not much counter space. Small but nice. Also no pantry, so made the counter space seem even smaller. One thing that was a little bit of a pain was that the door in the kitchen (which is the one we used the most) is right next to refrigerator. Very akward, and annoying. If the refrigerator was open, you couldnt pass through kitchen door and vice versa. Not sure that the owners can do anything about this, but that was one of the only pet peeves I had with the house. Portia was graeat and very prompt with questions when I made our reservations. As always, great customer service. "

Comfort, Inviting, Paradise, Relaxing

"We had 3 couples at the house and it worked out GREAT. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice (each bedroom with a bath is excellent). The bedding and towels were perfect. My husband and I took the room with the twin beds and pushing the twin beds together was fine. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and the outdoor grill so much that we cooked all our meals at home--didn't eat out once! So nice sitting at the table together as well as gathering in the living room by the wood-burning fireplace!!! We loved having the casita as an extra place to hang out, and also had room for some workout exercises! The pool and spa were PERFECT--we made use of it morning, noon, and night. Three in our group are swimmers, so they wanted a longer pool for laps, but did fine with what we had. The others were happy to just float around (great water floats and volleyball). We were thinking that having a volleyball net would be fun in the water. The location was great, and we walked to Jensens three days in a row to buy things to make for dinner. Great store, and close enough to walk. The neighborhood was very nice for morning walks, jogs for exercise, etc. We are all outdoor people and we were all very happy with the outdoors in this house. I guess it was a bit cooler than normal during our stay, but we were fine. We loved the home and all the comfort. We think the sliding door going out is very hard to move and the casita door needs improvement. We loved being able to see the TV in the casita from the pool; but to make it even better maybe there could be a longer cable to bring it closer to the pool area. We think a better coffee maker would be nice. The heat in the house worked great, but the couple in the master bedroom thought it was noisy at night. Our property manager Pam was FANTASTIC. We had a problem with the inside TV receiving the signal from the cable box and she came out and immediately resolved the problem. This was AFTER she had already come to check on us earlier! We have rented 4 times now and we love the service. It was really nice for Pam to stop by shortly after we arrived because we had enough time to get familiar with things and then get our questions addressed and answered in person. Excellent. I did the reservation very easily and I think Justin and Portia answered a couple questions perfectly. The customer service is over the top! "

"The backyard was wonderful; peaceful and relaxing We were surprised the home did not have a bathtub, which was inconvenient with 3 young babies under 6 mos age. Girls Get a Away

"there were 7 of us adult women, friends since elementary and jr. high, now nearing 60. the house accommodate us perfectly. the rooms were great and the house was nice and open. the outside bungalow was a nice treat. kitchen was well equipped. the outdoor fridge was not working...we could have used it for outdoor beverages but no big deal. everything else was fine as is. all were over the top in accommodating us. very friendly and professional at all times. we had a few questions when we arrived and all questions were answered in a timely manner. i felt like our needs were top priority. "

A Uniquely Designed, Relaxing Retreat.

"This home had such beautifully and uniquely designed architectural features that flowed from the minute you walked thru the front gate, into the house and back out to the huge and beautiful back garden. A relaxing color palette, tasteful materials and finishes. Sorely in need of PANTRY space to store food. Location of REFRIGERATOR next to door to backgarden was a constant problem. SLIDING GLASS DOOR from living room to back garden needs track to be cleaned so it can be easily opened/ closed. Vacation Palm Springs staff was very responsive and professional. "

"Nice master suite with open shower and glass doors to the tranquil backyard. Spacious casita and open floor plan in the main house, great flow for family gatherings. Comfortable bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. The BBQ grill also only partially works, two burners don't work. Overall a great experience. Easy reservations, everything done on-line. Also, easy instructions for wi-fi. "

Relaxing Getaway

"We loved the property we rented. It was the perfect summer getaway for our family. The decor was warm and inviting, the beds were comfortable, it was clean and well kept and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. We had a great time enjoying the pool, which was perfect for water volleyball (we brought a net and ball) and relaxing on rafts. El Paseo Paradise truly lived up to it's name! The property was surrounded by tropical plants and trees(there was even bamboo growing in the back yard) and there were all kinds of birds chirping and flitting about giving the feeling that you were really in your own little paradise. And when you left you were just a hop skip and jump away from great shopping and restaurants. We will definitely come back again! Everything was great! It couldn't have been better! The service was great. It was a smooth easy process and we didn't have any problems. "

Golf Getaway

"The house is great for a small group because of the open floor plan in the living room and kitchen and great outdoor area. The pool/spa and outdoor bbq were perfect. The casita was also a great asset with plenty of room. I will definitely rent this home in the future. I would recommend better outdoor lighting. There are fake lights that hang over the outdoor dining area and the outdoor lighting under the rafters isn't very bright. You made it very easy to rent the home and it was really hassle free. Portia was very accommodating and I never had to call any of the property managers. "

Relaxing Getaway

"The home was so well maintained and cared for, it was like being in your own home. It did not feel like a rental at all. The design and lay-out were perfect...not too big but did not feel small at all. Also amazing beds and pillows! We also all appreciated the fact that every light switch was labeled!! The pool and outdoor furniture were perfect even for 8 adults! The location was just what we had hoped for, walking distance to coffee! The home and are experience were wonderful!!!! Every step was quick and easy. The directions and instructions were easy to understand and we had no problem accessing anything. The binder at the home that listed all pertinent information was a huge help as well for dining, shopping, etc. "

Has Everything and Walking to Shops/restaurants!

"We loved the house. It was newly remodeled, and a bit quirky. The pool was the best. Great house to come home to after a long day of shopping and walking. Water heater was noisy for front small bedroom. Wind would cause trees to move and therefore the motion sensor lights kept coming on and off all night long. Bathroom in master was funky. should be a shower in guest/pool house. (Thank you for the feedback. Perfect Getaway

"I loved the location and how the backyard made you feel you were in a tropical place. The plants and trees used for privacy was very well thought out. The rooms had the feel of a 5 star hotel room, which was a bonus.The house felt so welcoming and most importantly calming for the much needed relaxation we came here for. Overall experience was awesome! My family and I enjoyed the house and will definitely recommend to our friends/families. We are thinking of doing it again next summer! "The home has a very well-equipped kitchen. There were not enough chaise lounge chairs (there were five of us). There were not face cloths. The toilet in the twin bedroom was not flushing. We couldn't close the garage door (the clicker wasn't working). We have purchased more face cloths for the home. The toilet handle has been repaired. Comfortable and Quiet

"The house was great. It was quiet and confortable and oasis. The kitchen was well equpped and great appliances. Beds comfortable and lots of extra pillows. Every thing was signed well with clear directions for pool, spa, etc. We are planning to rent the house again since it was a great location and confortable. The master bedroom comforter is too small for the bed. it is a queen size. My husband and I played tug of war over the conforter at night. Grill needed to be cleaned. When we lit it the first night it caught fire from old oil and grease in the grill and cremated out dinner. We cleaned it out and the next night it was fine. Justin was wonderful to work with. a great service. "
