"The layout of the house, pool and yard were excellent. We've rented here twice. There are a few things we'd recommend, there is no broom to sweep the floor (it gets dirty fast!) and the cutting knives are poor, we have to buy them ourselves each year. "

"Great midcentury design and convienient neighborhood. The pool was large and there was a great selection of seating areas both indoors and out. The kitchen is showing signs of wear and there could be a better selection of kitchen items. As always, the reservation and property managers were stellar. "

My Brother's 40th Birthday Weekend!

"The Alexander/ Krisel home, garden & neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous. The decor was fabulous & practical at the same time. The beds were all really comfortable too! We cooked some lovely meals in the kitchen which was really well equipped. I wanted to stay longer to read more of the amazing books that were there as well! Everyone I spoke to or saw was professional and kind & helpful. Nate, Sergio & Adela were all awesome. Britt was right on the ball & came over to help when we had trouble with the spa. We met Nathan as we were leaving & he, too was really lovely. Fantastic team! Thanks everyone! "

Oasis in the Desert

"The house was perfect. The decor was fun and beautiful and the backyard was a private oasis.The only "problem" was the freezer, there is no ice maker so bring a bag of ice. An ice maker would be great. But, other than that, the proeprty is wonderful. The reservation team was wonderful, I felt very comfortable and was prepared by the emails from the team. "

Great Weekend Home!

"I really liked this house. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood, and the yard is pretty well secluded. It's a nice part of town and a cab ride from downtown was only $10. There was plenty of seating wherever you wanted to hang out with a nice layout. It was perfect for a group of people to relax and have fun and not feel crowded. Even though the house is 60 years old, it has been kept up nicely for it's age. There was plenty of towels available which turned out to be a big plus and a washer/dryer to clean them after a couple days. I contacted the reservation team several times via phone and email and they were always easy to get a hold of, friendly, and helpful. I was very happy with that kind of service. "

"The Palm Springs Hollywood Style is everything that I could of asked for and more. It was beyond perfect to celebrate my birthday. The home was full equipped with just about everything you need. we thought it was perfect. The service was excellent, and the property managers were prompt and able to assist with any questions or minor issues that we had. Coming to this Palm Springs house will be a ritual every summer for now on. "

Almost Perfect Mid-century Pad

"This house was such a great place overall...though in need of a bit of updating. The architect, William Krisel, who designed all the Twin Palms homes really did know what he was doing as this house was a joy to stay in. It really made you feel happy with all the light and high ceilings. The decor was fun too. Sergio was very helpful and made the stay very pleasant. "

Palm Springs Hollywood House

"The property was great for our family and we enjoyed the decor. To improve the experience I would ensure there were better cooking utensils as it was almost impossible to cook anything decent there. Ie., sharper knives and better pots & pans to start. Justin was always quick to reply to my emails and send someone when the pool heat turned off twice. "

Great Location, Beautiful Pool

"Location - lovely neighborhood, close to downtown. Very beautiful large pool with plenty of comfortable chaises, umbrellas for outdoor lounging by the pool. Fantastic gas BBQ. Comfortable beds with abundant linens. Good kitchen. Excellent. Reservation was simple and quick to make. Customer service was very responsive when we reported a couple of problems when we arrived.
