Completely updated in 2006, The "knock-out" wow-feature of this ideal Palm Springs vacation getaway is a lavish new pool and spa area featuring: a tanning shelf at one end of the pool; a large, beautifully tiled spa with waterfall at the other end; an outdoor shower amidst a palm grove; a gas fire pit; a large gas built-in BBQ station; and a water feature.

This privately owned vacation villa is conveniently located in the heart of Palm Springs in the Warm Sands Park area, just 5 minutes from downtown by car. Or, if you choose, you can walk to the new Spa Casino in downtown in just 10 minutes.

Warm Sands Oasis is a spacious Palm Springs home with an open floor plan of light and bright views, a sleek stainless steel kitchen with caesarstone counters & service island that opens onto a great room featuring two living room seating areas with pool and mountain views.

This privately owned Palm Springs vacation home also features a fireplace and TV/media center, and a dining table that seats 6-8.

4 comfortable bedrooms feature 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. The master suite has a private bath and walk-in closet. Two of the bedrooms open directly onto the pool & spa area.

The grounds are sweepingly large, offering a walled private poolside area with spa, fruit-producing citrus trees (orange, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine) and some of the most spectacular views of the San Jacinto Mountains and palm trees found in south Palm Springs.

Highlights of the grounds include an outdoor shower located in a grove of Palm trees; a gas fire pit; and a new gas BBQ island for outdoor cooking.

Located just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs (5 minutes or less by car, 10 minute walk), this vacation home is in the heart of the Warm Sands residential neighborhood.

The home sleeps up to 8 and is located less than a block from another of our vacation palm springs 4 bedroom pool & spa homes, making it possible to accomodate up to 20 persons in two homes within a few steps of one another.

This home is perfectly located in an established and quiet residential neighborhood near downtown Palm Springs shopping, dining, theateres, nightlife, world class golf, casinos — all within 5-10 minutes or less.

Very Nice

"We were there during the World Cup and were unhappy to find that the house didn't have ESPN and an HD television. The wifi saved the day as we were able to watch the USA game on Univision and stream the english commentary through a laptop. Also as nice as the pool area is and I know water usage is a big deal, but some grass to cool your feet on would be a great addition out there. Beautiful remodel, good details, amazing pool area with shallow relaxation area, huge spa, outdoor grill, nice kitchen. Everyone was impressed - friends asked: "How did you find this?" "

"This home is in fantastic condition and is thoughtfully supplied with all the "little things." Add a huge pool, backyard and interior room enough for all the stuff that comes along with 4 couples. This House Was Perfect for Us

"From the pool and hot tub to the modern and colorful decor, to the supremely comfortable beds, this vacation house was perfect for our girls' weekend. Everyone raved about how relaxing and fun the house was...there is absolutely nothing I would have changed about it. My only recommendation would be to definitely stay at this house! Euphoric Oasis

"The best part of the house was hands down the backyard, most specifically the pool. We LOVED the shallow end that was only about a foot deep. We were able to put some of the lounge chairs in there and put the umbrellas up. To sum it up in one word, PARADISE. The ambiance of the home was great. We ended up giving the house the nick name of "The Real World House". Each room had its own separate theme, and words can't even describe the pool which was probably all of our favorite parts. The dining room and living room never cooled down because the sun was beaming inside. I understand that we can't lower the A/C any further for fear of the whole thing freezing up, but maybe putting up some shades or curtains on the doors that open up to the back yard in the kitchen and dining room. Other than there not being enough trash cans outside for our trash, everything else was perfect!! Thank You. "
