Excellent, Comfortable, Enjoyable, Clean House

"We enjoyed everything about the house. The only said part was you can't have music after 10:00 pm, the neighbors send the secuirty if you have music and that was a disappointment. Also have a TV in the two rooms that do not have one. "

Fun for 5 Families!

"Overall, it was very positive. Our few "complaints" are very mild and related to making it more eco-friendly: less watering (the sprinklers went constantly, which seems criminal in the desert), more space for recycling materials (we had a lot of cans and bottles!, perhaps some cloth napkins instead of paper towels and make it easier for guests to clean up after themselves. We had 8 kids with us and needed to clean the floors often. Also, there were no scrubby sponges for dish washing! Next time, we will know what to bring with us. The house was a perfect size for us - allowed for privacy AND togetherness. "

Parents' 80th Birthday Celebration

"I loved the layout and location. The pool was great, just wish the jacuzzi would've worked better. (Note from homeowner: Jacuzzi has been fixed and is now working.) The bedrooms were very nice and clean - love that most had own bathroom. Kitchen was well-equipped. I liked having a barbecue outside by the pool. "

A Week At The Movie Colony Villa

"Great places to visit: Salton Sea, Living Desert Zoo, Joshua Tree National Park, Indian canyons, tramway up the mountain, and others that made our stay in the area extremely enjoyable. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the two separate wings, were excellent. But there could be more seating in the play room, living room and dining room table for the number of 13 family members that we had. The Palm Springs area was excellent. Better lighting, brighter bulbs, more hand towels, more toiletries on arrival, kitchen knives were terribly dull. "

Nice Large Gathering Home

"Terrific place for 7 couples to come together, yet still large enough it did not feel like we were all over each other. Pool area is great. Nice that so many rooms had their own bathroom. Kitchen was good sized and made it easy to feed and clean up after 14 people. Lots of good seating indoors and out. Overall the house was a good choice for our group. "
