The sparkling pool with tanning shelf (shallow wading and lounging area) and umbrella stand invite you to enjoy long days relaxing poolside in this private backyard oasis. Even better, the pool is a saline (salt water) pool that is designed to be gentler on the skin. The outside space also offers an elevated spa, gas firepit with seating area, outdoor dining for 6, and beautiful mountain views.

Inside, the living room opens up to the backyard through a large sliding glass door allowing you and your guests to fully enjoy the indoor/outdoor Palm Springs lifestyle. You'll find midcentury inspired modern finishes, a 50" Plasma TV, with Apple TV, and stereo. The living room and kitchen is open to the dining room, with seating for 6.

2nd Year Here

"This was the second year we rented Sunset Style for an extended (2 1/2 month) stay. It met our needs beautifully and we were able to host all three grown kids at various times in style. The pool and spa are quite new and are saline and we used them almost every day. We had purchased some items the first year that made the house more livable: a small table for between the easy chairs, 2 table lamps, extension cords, salad bowls, glass baking dishes, and the like. We were pleasantly surprised when a chest of drawers arrived that the owner had opdered for the 3rd bedroom. The living room and dining area are both very dark: need a couple more lamps. The fridge lacks an ice-maker. The toilet in the master bath is a very weak flusher: clogs easily. We reported a couple of issues shortly after our arrival and Britt was very helpful in getting them resolved. "

Great House

"For the price, the house is great. I made great use of the heated pool, outdoor bbq, jacuzzi, kitchen, and living room. There's nothing standout about the house, but it's a fun place to get away for a few days. There are many things about Vacation Palm Springs customer service that are great. They are very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. "

Great Family House!

"This was our second time renting this house and we will rent for the 3rd time in 2013! The pool was great for our 3 year old. She is still learning to swim and the tanning shelf was a great place for her to play! The house is about 1 mile from downtown and we were able to walk easily to enjoy the sites. Really lovely home! "The house was perfect. It was clean, well decorated and contained everything that we needed for the weekend. In my opinion the house was perfect. We would stay there again! Portia was great. She helped me make a reservation and then quickly switched it to another house when I needed a place for a pet. I sent her a quick email asking her to switch me over and she did it without a need for another call. Great service! "

The Perfect House for Us

"We found this "Sunset Style Palm Springs vacation home" to be just abour perfect for us and the guests we received during the visit. The pool is very new and was maintained sparkling clean. The home had been repainted recently inside and out and was very clean. The lighting in the living/dining area needs to be improved, and we bought a small table and lamps to make this area more usable. The kitchen was convenient and furnished with good quality utensils, but the fridge lacks an icemaker. There was a scarcity of beach towels and washcloths. Once we had bought these items, we settled in and enjoyed our stay immensely. The landscaping was beautiful, and we loved the fire pit. Upon arrival, we needed ice cubes, so we called and had a bag of ice and 4 ice cube trays within half an hour. At this time, we also mentioned we could not find a garage door opener remote, so the manager bought one. "

Amazing Pool!

"Wonderful pool for children new to swimming. Grocery store nearby. Downtown Palm Springs about a mile from home. Kind of far to walk with a stroller. Might add Mirrors on bedroom closets. One person can be in bathroom, while others can be putting on make-up, or doing hair in bedroom. The shutters in master bedroom did not work. ( Thank you for bringing this to our attention; the shutters have been repaired) Excellent service. "

Perfect Getaway!

"Beautiful home, with perfect features. Good quality furniture and housewares. Great pool, fire pit, and outdoor space. great BBQ. All around perfect house and location. Even Tivo in every room! It was a great home and i plan to rent it again shortly! it was as easy as could be to book, i had issues with the last property and Sergio took everything in i had to say, He made me feel comfortable with renting with this company again. He and Scott also helped with a pool heating issue we had due to the tenants before us. Super helpful guys! I appreciate them. "

Relax and Unwind...

"We had a fabulous time at the Sunset Style home. The pool is a little small but the long first step is perfect to lounge on and offers shade, and a place to put a book and a cocktail, which makes up for the size. The umbrella unfortunately was a little broken (Thank you for your feedback - This umbrella has been replaced) but other than that everything else in the house was hotel quality. We had an excellent experience at the Sunset Style house and would absolutely recommend it but only to groups of six or less. Also, even though the house is close to the airport you can't hear the planes at all (which was a worry of mine when deciding on which house to rent). The staff was incredibly polite and responsive. We couldn't get the spa heater working and within 10 minutes someone came over and fixed the heater and showed us how to use it. We were impressed to say the least. "
