"Loved the artwork and decor, a fantastic blend of styles. Very comfortable furnishings and beautiful yard and pool area. There was a very short supply of hot water in largest master bath. "

A Great Entertaining House

"We liked the house itself, the privacy of the backyard, and the convenience to downtown Palm Springs The pool / hot tub is not well designed; there is no way to heat just the hot tub given the way the water flow works. So the pool gets VERY HOT when the hot tub is heated, and given the fact that the temp was in the mid 100s, the pool then never cooled back down to a comfortable temperature. "

Christmas in Palm Springs

"It was great - we loved the property - loved the two master suites and dining/living area. The backyard with the pool was comfortable and private. Also really enjoyed the art collection. Overall home was excellent. Couple of things I would change if possible is that there is no food storage for non-refridgerated items in kitchen except for an open rack system. (Thank you for bringing this to our attention, your suggestion has been shared with the the owner -Eric in Property Management) Everyone I dealt with, Nate, Scott, Sergio were wonderful - incredible service. "

Amazing

"The property was absolutely amazing...spacious...beautifully decorated with all the"bell & whistles" The only problem we had was that we were'nt aware that the jacuzzi is addtional fee???? Other than that it was a perfect 10!!! Note from property management team: In the months of July & August there is no charge for pool or spa heat I beleive it was Nate who quickly responed to our call...Property manager was on site within 20 minutes of our call to assist with getting grill set up. "

Comfortable Getaway

"The house was very open and spacious. The backyard was secluded and the location very convienent to downtown. Maybe a checklist of items one could bring from home to help in the kitchen would be helpful or adding more kitchen supplies. The reservation team was very helpful in making the arrangements for our stay. We needed assistance with the pool and within 1 to 2 hours we had a person, Chris, who arrived to resolve the problem. "

Excellent Cozy Spot in Palm Springs

"great location, nice clean comfy house with pool and hot tub, great compact kitchen, fault-less wifi connection. quiet neighborhood. and no bugs! excellent service. Nate was great with helping book the house. Portia was very kind when trying to help in extending the stay (the house was already booked for a new renter's arrival) and was very understanding in giving us a little extra time to clear out of the house :) "

Almost Perfect

"We had a great stay, the house is everything we thought it would be. Great location, very close to downtown PS. Well appointed kitchen, great artwork, the house was very clean as was the pool and there were plenty of bath and pool towels for the 5 of us. Our only real issue with the property is the shower in one of the master baths had poor water pressure and took about 5-10 min of running the water before hot water was available in the shower, which is a huge waste. We called the property managers and they sent someone out the next day to look at it and we were left with a note that said "the shower works fine". This would have been totally unacceptable except for the fact that we had 3 bathrooms so 3 of us ended up sharing one bathroom. We rented a house with 3 bathrooms so this wouldn't happen, but in the end it worked out ok. I spoke with Portia a day before we arrived, she was lovely and went above and beyond accommodating my request. She couldn't have been sweeter! I also spoke with Vince about our issues with the house and he was very nice as well. "

Lovely

"We liked the spaciousness of the home. It's very well-equipped with lovely interior decor. We could have used more hangers! Also some stepping stones or a path between the laundry room and the main patio to avoid bringing wet feet (from grass) into the house. Lastly, a larger outdoor table for dining. The washer seems to get stuck on "rinse". The only way I could get it to move around to "spin" was to turn it manually. The washer setting has been repaired - Brian in Property Management The reservations team and property managers were excellent, Thank you! "

Mid-mod Retreat

"The place was well appointed for a rental and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The lighting on the property was not well maintained, especially the pool. It was not as inviting for gathering outside or swimming after dark. More detailed directions on pool remote would be helpful. Some of the kitchen items like spices would have been nice to have rather than buy for a short stay. The dishwasher is jacked up. Otherwise a great stay and the house is well appointed. The team waited until I contacted them before notifying me they had not received some f the paperwork. We had already prepaid so it would have been nice to get a reminder. The actual service and contact was professional and friendly. "

"The layout of the house is excllent, with bedrooms well situated within the house: Pool and outside area relaxing and private: A couple of problems with the pool filter pump, but resolved quickly: Would visit again. Don't Judge a Book by Its Cover

"When we drove up to the property(which was a bit difficult to find via Google maps) we all looked at the place from the outside and thought "wow, another instance where pictures can be very deceiving". But once we opened the door to this beautiful home it was incredibly spacious and was even *better* than we expected. There was more than enough room for the 6 of us to relax inside, by the pool/bbq and in our bedrooms. Would definitely come back. The only thing we really had hoped for was for the pool to be lit at night. We saw lights in the pool but had no idea how to turn them on. It wasn't a huge deal but it would have been nice to be able to have that option. Everything was booked/done online so I didn't get a chance to interact with the reservation team or the property managers. Since everything was so well organized there was no need to call the property managers during our stay. "

Ultimate Getaway

"I loved the modernized look and the pool was breathe taking. The rooms were roomy and cozy and the house was just refreshing to be in. Only suggestion I can make is maybe make the departure time later because we were in a rush but the team was very kind and professional allowing us to stay an extra hour to clean everything up. It was very easy for me to reserve the house, I didn't even have to make a phone call. When we were leaving we called and asked for an extra hour to clean up and the team was very kind and allowed us to clean without being in a rush which made our stay even more relaxing. "
