It Was a Nice Environment.

"There were a few problems the first day with the TV, but those problems were quickly taken care of. The pool was great. The house was nice and clean and had many blankets and towels available. I had a great experiences and don't find any changes necessary. The team and property managers were very helpful with arranging the dates for our stay and then fixing some small problems in the house. "

Spacious and Open

"The house was very clean, easy to keep tidy. Bedrooms far enough away from activities for napping. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Felt like we lived there all the time (wished we could) The TV dish was sluggish and easily incorrectly programmed. The could be a simpler DVD and CD programming system with the receiver. The service? Everyone was quick to respond to every request. "

Palm Springs Relaxation

"All the directions on the stereo and TV seemed to be missing. We never could get the TV's all to work. But the wifi worked...it just needs to be reset daily but thats what our own home system does so used to that.(Thank you for your valuable feedback; new television how-to-use instructions have been added for this home. -Property Management Team). Mid Century Alexander Home Review

"The home was nicer than it looked in pictures and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. The location was convenient to both downtown and Rancho Mirage. The second bathroom smelled like sewer water. My guess is that the place hadn't been rented in awhile but still, every time the shower was used, the bathroom would smell for at least 12 hours. We basically couldn't use that bath. Also, while we didn't pay to heat the pool, it would have been nice if the pool had been cleaned. It was a bit of an eye sore. Finally, the master bath was nicer than expected. I would suggest taking pictures of the bathrooms as well as an updated picture of the family room with the new carpet. The bathrooms as nicer than expected and would improve the overall feel of the home when reviewing it online before making a decision. (Thank your for your helpful feedback, maintenance has been to the property and has resolved the drain concerns and all of our homes have pool service twice weekly. - Property Management Team) "

Better Than Anticipated

"The home was in excellent condition, stylish, comfortable, fully equipped and nicely furnished. It was, in short, "as advertised". It would have been helpful to have instructions on how to operate the electronic equipment (DVD player/stereo tuner, etc.) . If instructions were provided, we were unable to locate them. ( Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will add instructions to the housebook for the electronics) All the staff members with whom I dealt were excellent. Portia was attentive in providing suggestions of available properties, Justin and Sergio were both very accommodating in answering questions and assisting us with our visit. Recommend this company? Yes, without hesitation. "
