With spectacular views from every location, including the unique observation deck, guests may almost reach out and touch the San Jacinto Mountains. Completely walled grounds afford privacy for this 3800 square foot home, sited on elegantly landscaped 2/3 acre grounds, with palms, citrus and manicured lawn.

Interior walls of glass provide spectacular views of the pool and spa for matchless indoor-outdoor living. The main house offers a spacious living room, formal dining room and customized kitchen with top-of-the- line appliances, opening to the family room with gas fireplace and an informal dining area.

In the main home the Master suite has both shower and spa tub. Black granite flooring with carpeted bedrooms and Italian marble bathrooms make this a showcase home. The Guest suite has its own adjoining full hall bath. The separate office with high speed Internet overlooks a striking outdoor water feature.

Across the pool deck, the Guest Pavilion is connected to the main home by covered deck. Summer Relaxation

"Pure Indulgence had wonderful mountain views from the pool area. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. At night, we sat outside on the plentiful, comfortable patio furniture and watched the stars. The pool was a nice size with a few pool "toys" to float around on. One of the best features of the house was the small lawn area in the backyard. When we put the chaise lounges on the grass, it was very comfortable to sit outside despite the 103 degree weather. A perfect little breeze passes by that area of the house. Otherwise, it would have been too hot to sit outside. The interior of the house was decorated very nicely. The house and kitchen, including the range and refrigerator, were very clean. The bedrooms were appropriately sized. Although the house is large, it is more comfortably suited for 4-5 people than 6 people in my view based on the number of chairs at the kitchen table and available seating in the den area to watch TV at night. We had some trouble figuring out how to turn two of the bedroom fans and some of the lightening. A quick call to the owner took care of that. (There are alot of switches in this house.) However, we never figured out how to run the waterfall feature or jets in the jacuzzi. Overall, the house was a great place to relax and enjoy the summer weather. You have the best website of the Palm Springs rental websites that I visited. Everyone who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. Portia was very nice, responsive, and helpful. "
