Girls Getaway

"Super clean and modern. The outside area was the best. We were poolside the whole time! Would have loved an outdoor couch for napping in the shade. Great service and no problems whatsoever. We blew a fuse with with hairdryers (oops) but had it all fixed in 40 minutes. "

Perfect for Palm Springs Weekend

"The house was perfect for our girl's getaway weekend. It had everything we needed. Our only complaint was that there seemed to be a noise like someone walking on the roof which we thought was related to the water heater. It was pretty loud and woke us up every morning. Other than that, everything was to our satisfaction and the yard/pool area was private and gorgeous. The proximity to downtown was also perfect. If we did Palm Springs again, we would choose this same property! "

Alexander House

"Great again as usual, we love renting from VPS, the house was in better than I expected and the backyard- FABULOUS Burners on gas stove always hot could not get pilot light to turn off and it actually gets hot enough to burn without being on..let visitors know you can either heat hot tub OR pool but not both at once. And last the water heater in front closet is so loud it should probably be replaced it makes a loud knocking noise that sounds like a dryer is on full of tennis shoes! But EVERYTHING else was so perfect I cannot tell how well appointed and beautiful this place is. .will definitely stay there again. "

"Fantastic! the house was amazing and the backyard was even more than i excpected. everything about this rental from the process of booking to the actual stay was extremely acommodating! i wish you could have a small radio outside, but i understand there are city policies against it , besides that it was perfect i spoke to sergio and justin on different occasions while booking and they were very helpful. Amazing Rental

"Plenty of space. Quiet. Air Conditioning was nice and cold. Pool was a lot of fun and a great temperature. Jacuzzi was broken and the refrigerator was giving us problems. We made the best of it tho. (These items have been corrected and are now working. We apologize for this and we appreciate your business. - Tim in property management) Everyone I spoke to over the phone (Cesar, Sergio) were very helpful and understanding. The property managers were also very understanding of the issues we encountered and tried their best to accommodate me and my friends. "

Great House

"The house was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. The kitchen was a little dirty under the oven. The yard was super fun all though more shade would have been much better. The BBQ grill should be in a covered area with more shade. The property was great but the yard needed more areas to provide more cover from the sun. it gets too hot and we honestly needed more shade. The seats out side our perfect but not useable durring the day in bright sun.. Sergio was great. He helped me with all the questions I had at any time. He was patient, kind and very nice. "

Relaxing, Good Memories

"The backyard was great for our three boys and dogs! The home needs towel hooks for pool towels and in the master bathroom. Two smaller lamps in the living room won't turn on and a dresser in the twin bedrooms broke. The blind on the door in master on left side broke - won't roll up - all above was "as is" when we arrived. These items have been repaired. We are sorry to hear that guests encountered these issues and we urge all guests to report items. We will promptly address them. - Scott in property management Reservations was great, very easy to do. Thank you. We will rent again, and most likely this house =) "
