This Palm Springs vacation home for rent is conveniently located in the Warm Sands area of Palm Springs, and is a 10 minute walk (or less than 5 minutes by car) to the heart of downtown Palm Springs, with shopping, dining, night life and the brand new Spa Casino all within easy reach.

Couldn't Have Been Happier....

"Bring water shoes for the kids!!! The pool is older so the bottom is a little rough. The kids got raw toes after the first day. We learned, we put the shoes on them and the problem was solved. Great Palm Springs location and home. We traveled with children so comfort and space were a big deal for us, we honestly couldn't have had a better time here. Everything worked. The pool was great. We had everything we needed at this property. Absolutely would use Vacation Palm Springs again! Service was wonderful and the home was just as the pictures and description promised. Wonderful service. When we arrived the pool was little warm, I called the office and they sent a pool man right out to lower to the temp. We stayed in that pool for three days :) Management was very available and happy to help when needed. "

Visually Entertaining!

"We should have fooled around with the grill outside, before buying the meat!!! We couldn't get the grill started. The oven broiler didn't quite "do it" either. It takes a lot for me to say that I was totally relaxed. I was totally carefree and felt very comfortable with my surroundings. The house was exactly as I imagined. Perfect in so many ways. The temperature of the air and water in the pool....superb! The layout, furniture and lighting in the house was right-on. I'm just crossing my fingers that If the house does sell, the new owners will continue renting out. Better yet, I should buy the house! "

Very Nice Property. Great Pool...

"Very nice property. Great pool. Despite a few technical glitches (pool heater, fuse, cable tv), it was very pleasant. The houses are great and the maintenance team was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We would definitely come again. Your property managers were very friendly and helpful. We had a couple of problems (cable tv not working, blown fuse in kitchen, pool heater not working) - but your people came out quickly and did everything possible to fix the problem. (also, the cable tv in the living room of casa bonita was not functioning.) "
