Lovely Poolside Vacation

"This is a 60 year old house (approx) and parts of it are showing its age. The casita bathroom (especially the shower) needs some attention and the door to the main living quarters needs the lock replaced (every time you use it you are not sure that if it will fall apart). There was a misting system at one time however following the lines back it looks like it has been in a state of disrepair for quite some time> The diswasher is in pretty rough shape too. One would not have to spend a fortune and this place would be in top notch shape. We've stayed at this property before and while parts of it show its age; it is for the most part very comfortable and the pool area is spectacular. All of the staff were more than accomodating. We had a few issues early on and they did everything to accomodate us. "

Absolutely Beautiful Patio Area

"We enjoyed the beautifully landscaped patio/pool area that accommodated the group well. The fire pit allowed us to sit outside in the evening as well. Nate responded promptly to my initial inquiry email and did a good job of answering my questions over the phone. Filling out and returning of the rental agreement was easy. "

"We enjoyed our time and the home very much. The layout fit our needs. The towels, kitchen supplies, appliances, rooms and bathrooms were all very clean and in good working condition. The pool was obviously the attraction to renting this home and it did not disappoint. "

Spring Golf Trip 2010

"The back yard and pool area was magnificent. The house was perfect for our golf trip, the hot tub was perfect for aching backs after 36 holes. I would recommend this rental agency without hesitation. The staff was excellent! We had a problem heating the pool & hot tub the first day and called for help and they came over in a matter of minutes to fix it. We also were playing music outside which apparently in a no-no in that area but your staff came over and handled the situation very professional and respectful and I appreciated that. "
