Great View - House Needs Work

"The staff were attentive - the views are fantastic. This is my third rental experience with Vacation Palm Springs. The first two were fantastic - this house much less so. When we arrived at the house, the fridge did not work, the pool heater did not work, the hot tub pump was so loud that we had to keep it off at night as the hot tub was next to the master bedroom (effectively making the hot tub useless). When the pool repairman came to the house to work on the main pool heater - he listened to the hot tub pump for ten seconds and declared "the motor is shot, but only the home owner can authorize fixing it". Hopefully they will for future visitors. The house is also on a busy street that has extremely poor pavement with the net effect that each car passing by sounds like a plane taking off - a noise that can easily be heard inside the house, even with the bathroom fan on. Regarding the fridge, we had to endure two evening fix attempts each lasting 4 hours - hardly what I would call a vacation. By the end of our visit - all issues except the loud hot tub pump were fixed. (Obviously the street noise from the bad pavement is another issue outside of Vacation Palm Springs' immediate control) "

Spectacular Views

"Loved the of the spectacular view of the mountain and soft beds. Liked the view of the mountains and hiking are incredible, walking distance to downtown street fair on thursday. Sergio was great to work with sent all of the information that i asked for. the maintenance guy fixed the hot tub and the lights in the back yard. "

Las Palmas Spectacular Views

"Ideal location; spacious property; tranquil garden. Property needed a little attention to details: Lots of light bulbs not working, air conditioning leaking (now fixed). Property felt like maintenance had been neglected.( Thank you for bringing this to our attention: these items have been repaired) Reservation handled efficiently. Property problems resolved promptly. Relaxing and Adventure Filled Week

"This house is fabulous!! We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The home has a private, well-maintained backyard with a view. We liked that it was walking distance to downtown and a short driving distance to lots of attractions. It is a large, uncluttered, comfortable house. The fruits on the trees were delicious! The reservations and property management team was great! "
