Spacious and Beautiful

"The property was spacious and accomodated all of our needs. Neighbors were not very nice. We had a small rehearsal in the front yard for my daughters wedding the next day and also served dinner to the wedding party, 10 people. The neighbors complained before anything even took place. Vacation Palm Springs staff was helpful and polite. "

"The house is exceptionally private and well proportioned. The common areas are well lighted with easy access to the best pool in Las Palmas. I think it you were able to provide a service that allowed for the bar to be stocked before arrival would be amazing. The first thing you want to do when arriving is grab a martini and sit poolside. I think it was Justin that assisted with the reservation... he was excellent, very professional and friendly. Thank you Justin. "

Teasure Found

"If you want to step back in time, into a home that has been kept to its original inception, this is your place. If you're looking for granite counters and travertine baths, move on... Put a little Peggy Lee or Sinatra on the stereo with original in wall speakers throughout the home mind you and you've stepped back in time. Amazing detail, materials, character and functionality. This was a weekend home of the wealthy, but not grand in scale, but grand in ambiance, building materials and forethought to entertaining and weekend guests. It's got a terrazzo pool with the Chinese character for good luck inlaid on the bottom for Pete's sake. Will definitely put this place in my rotation, until the travertine arrives! Nate was amazing from taking my reservations, to answering and addressing my concerns to going to property himslef to see that all my requests were taken care of. Justin and Scott were also very helpful during and after my visit. Vacation Palm Springs is my new rental agency. Goodbye other Palm Springs Rental agencies. Your customer service will bring me back. "

Great Mid-Century Modern Experience

"Living in a mid-century modern museum with updated amenities and being close to downtown. The neighbor lady was very rude. On our first day they we were sitting at the pool talking in normal voices when she started yelling at us for talking too loud. Any time we sat at the pool she would start banging things and then call to complain, although all we did was talk. No music, no parties, etc, we were in Palm Springs for a wedding so all our activities during the evening where elsewhere. Home was clean, service was great. Plenty of towels. Recommend? Yes, although I would caution about the "friendly" neighbors. "

Excellent

"The house is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and in great shape!! The sheets and towels are lush and the grounds are beautifully manicured. The house is GREAT. The only things that need to be looked into are: 1. a wheel is broken on the bottom tray of the dishwasher and 2. the fuse blows in the kitchen if both the dishwasher and microwave are used. I noticed a comment about the latter before I stayed there and asked about it. I was assured that it had been fixed, but it needs to be looked into again. Everyone I spoke with was super sweet and helpful. Aldela was the gal I had most of my interactions with and she was very helpful, very knowledgeable and uber quick with her responses. I had a most excellent experience! "

Midcentury Experience With Up-To-Date Comfort

"Midcentury Experience With Up-To-Date Comfort We first noticed the decor, which was a real treat. After a few hours, we realized how very comfortable the house is, in addition to looking great. Our suggestions: To improve the home, we would recommend adding shelves for toiletries in 2 bathrooms that don't have this in shower area. The range top is seemed very temperamental - I would replace even though it's period. When the kitchen lights and microwave are on at the same time, the fuse blows - very annoying. A better coffee maker would be nice.We had issues with heating the home. A large pitcher for the refrigerator is needed. The trash can in kitchen has a loose lid. The kitchen faucet is poor quality. Some of the outside door glass sliders do not lock. The TV set up did not work when we first showed up.(Thank you for bringing this to our attention, all maintenance items are being repaired and other suggestions have been shared with the the owner) Reservations was very helpful. Whenever we had issues, people came quickly. In particular, Chris was extremely helpful. "
