"We had a fabulous time - the home had everything necessary for a well rounded vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans, electronics...all the comforts of home. The ping pong table was an added bonus. The owners clearly know how to enjoy Palm Springs and have successfully passed all the crucial elements along to their guests. I would strongly recommend staying in a private home over a hotel -- the elements your homes provide are far superior to room service. Everyone is very pleasant. I have stayed at many of your properties and the only observation I can make in terms of improvement is, if a guest has left something behind, (and it happens), the staff could be more helpful in aiding the guest in retrieving the item. Fully recognizing that personal belongings are the guests responsibility, it would set your company apart if post-departure service was just as attentive as it is during the stay. "
