A Nice Palm Springs Weekend Getaway

"The living room was very large and nice. I liked that the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed. We could've used some champagne flutes, but not a big deal. Everything was super clean and very, very nice. We brought our 1-year-old and the house was essentially baby proof because there wasn't a lot of clutter decorations, which was also helpful. They were very nice in giving us more time - a late checkout - which was very very helpful because 2 people in our party had a 6PM flight out of Palm Springs Airport (apparently there are only 2 flights in and 2 flights out of this airport).. so we didn't have to look for somewhere to burn time. We were able to hang out at our pool until it was time to drop them off at the airport. "

Comfortable

"Liked spacious layout and the 2 different TV/Lounge areas. Poor lighting in bedrooms for reading. Initial problems with air conditioning and garage remote were given prompt attention. We found the Vacation Palm Springs team very accommodating. "

Perfect for Two Small Families

"The surround sound for was no where to be found; the pool and spa instructions were a little confusing; the pool water was not cold (but that's Palm Springs, I guess :) The house was very large, spacious, and comfortable. I loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom and each room had a TV. The reservation team was wonderful; very helpful and kind! "

Great For 4 Couples

"The place was very spacious, which was important. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was great, as each couple had their own privacy, yet there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out. There was a table inside fit for 8, which is exactly what I wanted. The lights were a little funky and tough to figure out. Towels, sheets, etc were all provided and the pool itself was wonderful. Working the heat in the jacuzzi was something we had to figure out, but eventually did. We really loved the place and had a really wonderful time there. "

We Loved the House: Magnificient Pool, Well Equipp...

"We were a 3 generational family of 5 who know Palm Springs well. We loved the house: it is extremely comfortable, offering lots of privacy yet abundant communal space. The pool is magnificent, the kitchen is well equipped. We had planned lots of outings, but the house was so captivating that we essentially never left! This is an ideal house for several couples to share. The service was prompt and courteous. I especially appreciated the after hours "on call" person. All requests/concerns were handled immediately. The house needs more blankets. The lighting in several of the rooms is insufficient; there are multiple light switches, in too many areas, each controlling only a few lights, often hard to find. "

"While this house is huge, it felt very much like home because of the layout and comfort. We should have been notified in advance that the big screen television in the living was broken. One of the DVDs in the bed room also didn't work. Plumbing problems in one of the bath rooms. "
