"Alexander Vacation Home" has it all — with its gorgeous sparkling pool, outdoor living areas, spacious interior, beautifully landscaped grounds and those awesome mountain views.

With indoor/outdoor living that brings nature close, this desert friendly design is sleek, open and modern with crisp clean lines.

The living area and the dining room open to a semi-covered patio with dining for 8 and comfortable seating areas.

The large aqua blue pool, matched with the cushioned lounge chairs on the patio, will give you the feeling of staying at a great poolside private resort. There is also a new above-ground spa, built for your enjoyment, relaxation and rejuvenation.

The dining room is incorporated within the spacious living area that offers a warm fireplace, comfortable seating a 42" TV with DVD and large sliders opening on to the patio.

Fabulous Midcentury

"The property was fabulous. It was clean, self sufficient, and everything was placed in a considerate way. It was like coming to a second home. I'd recommend again the disclosure of that particular neighbor. Perhaps in your reservation, you should make the renter a little more aware of the easily agitated neighbor and her antics (who sprayed us with a garden hose). If you could move them to another property that would be more suited to their needs rather than renting that one, everyone is happy, most importantly the guuest. Sergio was great in reservations. "

Great Family Get Away

"Great pool with enough shade to escape the hot desert sun. The air conditioning did its job and kept us cool from the 115 degree heat. The shed with all the pool toys and towels helped tremendously. Our children were very thankful The sliding door from the dining area to the pool was very difficult to open. No problems at all. Easy straight forward check in. I recomend Vacation Palm Springs to all my friends! "

"The property was beautiful. Everything we needed was there and all was taken care of. This was a very special house and a wonderful weekend. If you're looking for a quiet weekend, this place is top notch. I did however feel as if I had to keep an eye (or an ear) on the music and nose level. There could have been better instructions on how to operate the inside stereo. Justin in reservations was very helpful in answering any questions that I had. "

Palm Springs Break

"The stylish property was everything we had hoped for. It looked better in real life than on any of the pictures. It had all that we needed. The down side was unannounced visits from maintenance people. The pool man visited twice in the week when we were there and a maintenance gardening person came in through the back, again unannounced. We had no idea if he was real or bogus. The booking team were very helpful and apologetic but prior warning would have been courteous. "

Fabulous Family Getaway

"This was our third home rented through Vacation Palm Springs and by far our favorite. The house is a great size, well appointed and comfortable. The backyard has a grassy area and the pool and patio furniture were fantastic. We stayed with three young children and a dog and everyone had a fantastic time. The neighborhood is great and located a short drive from the main strip in town. Bring DVDs if you want to watch TV. There is cable but the reception on all of the TVs wasn't great. Also, don't miss the outdoor closet by the back gate which is filled with pool toys and towels. The reservation process was very easy. Our only complaint was we would have liked to access the Internet but nobody knew the wireless password for the property. "

"Beautiful home. Decorated to period. Fully equipped. Just needed to bring a toothbrush. The problem was that the cable bill was not paid. No TV. And a guy from the cable company came to disconnect the service by climbing the telephgone pole in the back yward while I was having friends over for a swim. "

Fantastic Accommodations

"The home was wonderfully furnished and the kitchen was beyond stocked with dishes and utensils. Fabulous pool and spa settings. The only issue was the next door neighbor. She unsuccessfully complained to the city during my stay and, obviously, has a history of doing so. I know it wouldn't be so great for the rental of the home, but knowing this in advance would have caused me to choose a different property. I actually uninvited guests for the weekend as I just didn't want to deal with what would have inevitably been more complaints. Everyone from Vacation Palm Springs was great and made the experience easy from beginning to end. "
